Η μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα το Ικάριο πέλαγος θα σας βοηθήσει να χαλαρώσετε και να απολαύσετε την διαμονή σας, αξιοποιώντας την με όποιο τρόπο επιθυμείτε. Σε απόσταση αναπνοής υπάρχουν εστιατόρια, καταστήματα, μπαρ καθώς και παραλίες όπως μεσαχτη, λιβάδι και φυσικά Αρμενιστής!

Enjoy Sea and Mountain views, read a good book in the hammock,practice yoga in the shade of the big trees,enjoy some fresh vegetable from our garden. Frantato is right in the middle of Ikaria, so great to explore the island in all directions. You will need a car or a scooter to get around. The house is perfect for 2 people.

Traditional House # Sarantos Residence

The house is a unique architectural mansion of Ikaria, which for 120 years captivates visitors due to the elaborate murals that adorn its interior and its history. Built in 1897 by a wholesale merchant of the time, still remains an architectural gem in the heart of Evdilos. Located on the most romantic paved old pedestrian street of the village, is 5min walking to the port, near marina's taverns and cafes and to "Spasmata" beach. A vintage shelter for a unique accommodation experience.

The Blue House on the Hill

The secluded cute cottage is ideal for those who wish to relax in a peaceful natural environment. Far from the noise and from other tourists, this is the perfect spot to decompress and to enjoy your privacy. The house is located above the tiny village of Nas and you will need a vehicle to reach it (1km dirt road, but accessible with any type of vehicle). Apart from the impressive beach of Nas, during the summer months you will find lovely traditional taverns and a grocery store.

Newly renovated studio apartment located 50m from the sea with beautiful views and in a quiet and peaceful location, but still close to the popular beaches and resort town of Armenistis. During calmer days enjoy your own quiet swimming area only two minutes walking distance from the house. All other days enjoy the organised beach only two kilometres away. We recommend you rent a motor vehicle to cover the vast distances between the sights.

Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

Petrino is located in the village of Kampos a few minutes from the port of EVDILOS (2 km) and with the nearest beach just a private path away In Petrino, the large courtyard stands out, which can be used all hours of the day from the morning on the beach side for a breakfast with a view as well as the afternoon hours in the outdoor living room for a panoramic view of the Aegean with the beautiful colors of the sunset.

Stylish, fully-equipped cottage right in front of the beach of Armenistis. Comfortably fits 3 persons, but can sleep up to 5 persons (see description below). Magnificent sea view, excellent location. Just a 1-minute walk to the sandy beach, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, supermarket, souvenir shops. 2-minute drive to Messakti & Livadi beach, 10 min. to Christos Raches, 20 min. to Evdilos harbour, 75 min. to airport.

The house is spacious, suitable for large groups as there are three bedrooms and two large balconies. The house is 1.5km from Christos Rachon which is the center of the North side of the island.
