Holiday rentals with beach access in Mandaluyong City

Awesome stay—the place was clean, super comfy, and exactly as the photos. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Great views and easily accessible to the mall nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Place!! First thing my 5-yr old daughter said after entering the unit is that she wanted to relax instead of going swimming. At other staycation she would usually go change to her bathing suit straight away upon arriving 🥰 Thank you Ms. Glenda!!

This is our second time in this listing and it was conveniently located and pleasant. The building is very near the mall and the guards & lobby feels safe. Although we initially had drainage problems during this stay, the staff were quick to respond and resolved the issue. Parking slot is a plus.

Ma’am Abi is an exceptional host who consistently provides a welcoming and comfortable stay. We’ve had the pleasure of staying at her place multiple times already, and each visit reaffirms our choice. Her unit is impeccably clean, and her responsiveness ensures a seamless experience. Truly, it’s our home away from home whenever we travel.

Just had some slight delay during check in because the contact # may not have service at the time but my kids were assisted by the caretaker and they were given clear instructions about the amenities and where to find necessities. Nice view indeed, you have a glimpse of the city at night and nice view of the pool. Accessible to convenience store etc. Not indicated but I may have forgotten to ask, but I was expecting complete utensils like spoon and ladles though again, convenience store is just a few steps away. Place is cozy and comfortable. Overall our stay is great and will consider going back to the place.

Personally, I loved it cos I’m the type of person who loves going to the beach and the room will give you the beach/island vibe! Came from Boracay, straight from the airport this is where we stayed. Everything was great. I assumed it’s a new unit which I love cos you really can feel that “ah so nice everything’s new” I can tell by the smell of it hehe cos I’ve been to a different airbnb’s. I actually added this to my favorite airbnb list! Spacious, interior talaga is so nice!We’re very particular when it comes to BED AND COMFORTERS! Duhbest! Worth every penny! You guys should try it and see for yourself! ❤️

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The host and co host are both accommodating, responsive and helpful. The photos are exactly what the place looked like , complete with cooking equipments din , very clean and may free coffee and milk pa. Worth every penny we paid. ☺️💜

To start with Angelica and Eric is both responsive. After I booked the place there were changes in our itinerary Angelica went out of her way to help us check for other options and rooms to accommodate all our guests. When we arrived at their place everything was as described, Eric was so helpful and provided clear instructions which made everything so easy. During our stay there were questions and both of them responded right away. To top it off Angelica bought a new karaoke for us a day before our check out because the existing karaoke mic is not working. I mean what a generous host? Very worth it, not just the place but the service from both hosts is superb not to mention the bubbly Angelica who's truly an Angel. Thank you for making my seniors enjoy their stay. The host was very accommodating due to us having to change arrangements at the last moment The condo was very clean very well presented. I will definitely want to use this condo again on future visits to the Philippines.

The residence was good . Everything is well equipped But you should take your own bath supplies . There are two rooms and one bathroom One of room has double bed, the other room has sing bed with balcony (The balcony door is broken . Can not open) There is a convenient store which is 24hours . It was very good for us. Overall Good to stay for 2 or 3people

I have enjoyed my stay at Marian's place. the unit was very clean and the a/c was great. I would definitely recommend this place to friends n relatives.

My children love the overlooking view of manila right beside their bed. Feels like home on this spacious unit. My kids extremely happy with the Play station.

It was a great experience staying at Sir Randolf's place! Easy access to supermalls, groceries, market, and restaurants etc. and also the ride access are available if you want to go somewhere like Cavite, Makati, or Manila. I enjoyed staying here since all the amenities available for residents. I will definitely comeback next time! Thank you Sir Randolf!

Booked this place since it's within walkable distance to MOA Arena. Loved it! The place was peaceful, clean, and fully equipped with appliances, Wi-Fi, and basic amenities. Host was also responsive and personally checked us in. Thank you! Would book again when I attend events around MOA. 🩷
