Huge nice cottage with a lovely view. The host responded quickly and met us upon arrival and showed us around. Nice location in relation to the zoo and the city center.

We had a perfect stay. The house was so wonderful and the nature surrounding it .. amazing! Find yourself, get lost in the quiet and lonely mountains … we didn’t want to leave.

We stayed in the area for a friend’s wedding and had the most wonderful stay. Great communication from the host. The house and surrounding garden was absolutely beautiful, exactly as described. We loved using the paddle boards and the hot tub. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

We had a great stay. Cozy garden and roof terrace where both we and the dogs enjoyed ourselves. Older house but updated and modern inside. Extremely peaceful place. Beautiful Flekkefjord city center just a walk away. Hilde Karin was easy to communicate with, responded quickly. All in all a great stay in a lovely place. Here we would love to come again! 😊

Malin had made it cozy to fire up the fireplace until we arrived, beds were prepared and everything was in order for our stay in Vanse. We give both Malin and the apartment our best recommendations! The kitchen and bathroom are obviously newly renovated and contain everything you need. Thanks for us!

Nice apartment at the entrance of Åros holiday center. Everything was in order. Sparkling clean, tidy, and pleasant. Great communication with the host. Fun with access to pool nearby.

Very hospitable host, accomodation was just as described. Everything was so clean and a very good shower. Hilde provided really helpful instructions and the place was so easy to find. Would recommend to others to stay. Such a good host and so accommodating.

It is a practical cottage with a nice atmosphere. We felt right at home there. It was very nice that we could play in the garden and the sandpit, swing and slide provided a lot of fun with our daughter. From the cottage, you can take beautiful walks to the fortress and the harbor.

We had a great stay and had a lot of fun! The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived and everything was well arranged for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed, and it was a big plus with a good selection of children's equipment – very convenient when traveling with small children. Katja was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had along the way. The nice weather made it extra pleasant to be able to use the grill on the porch – a big bonus! All in all a super place we would love to come back to.

A wonderful accommodation with warm hospitality We were very lucky to live in a lovingly furnished house, which is designed with great attention to detail. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the host family - we felt welcome and in good hands from the very first moment. For breakfast, there were fresh eggs straight from the farm - so delicious! As well as special excursion tips that made our stay even more beautiful. Whether nature, culture or insider tips - Ole had the right recommendation for our wishes. The atmosphere in the house and around it was simply great: quiet, relaxed and full of positive energy. Our dog and we enjoyed the garden. We felt completely comfortable. Thank you for this special time – we look forward to seeing you again!

Great place and great communication. I would love to see that there was some free space in the freezer because it was completely full. A bit of private stuff visible.

Living the easy life...the Nordic way. Away from the stress, busy roads/towns/work/people. Settle down at the lake in this cozy place! No electricity or running water, but you van drink the water from the lake and there is a 12V solar charger for your phones (of necessary, we didn't almost use them here). We have had a nice quiet time of 10 days here, and only 1 day we were really bored. There is always something to do if you're open for it. Too bad you can't come there with the car, so you have to park it accross the river and go by the boat or you can park 1,5km (15 minuten walk) from the hut. But we knew this, and planned our trips to the supermarket this way. There are no curtains, so if you go there in spring/summer, and can't stand the light in the night, bring something dark for your eyes. Olav is a great man. He was awaiting our arrival and gave us some instructions. We also asked for some sightseeing in the area and he had some great ideas! Thank you for the stay!!

We had a fantastic stay with our three children (9, 8 and 4). We had beautiful weather for the time of year and then it is wonderful to stay outside. Good opportunities for swimming, boating, fishing, scrambling and climbing. There is plenty of firewood available for the nice wood stove and the cabin is very cozy. For questions, the host responded quickly, pleasant communication and help! Thanks again!

The place was exactly as described and in the pictures. The cabin is beautifully located on the lake. Our 4 children had a lot of fun with the canoe and the SUPs and fishing. The cabin was very well and luxuriously equipped. I would be happy to come back.

This was a great stay! The space is lovely and we loved staying on the waterfront. Siri is a wonderful host. Highly recommend. Note: this is an old home with low ceilings. It worked for us, but maybe not for very tall people.

As a family of 4 we spent a weekend at the cabin. We swam, fished, played games and got lots of sleep. A perfect place to take a break from a hectic life. Thank you for sharing this special place with us.

The house was very comfortable and complete, had everything for a nice stay. Marianne was a good host and responded to questions quickly. The location of the house and view are beautiful and very quiet. However, facilities and activities require a relatively long drive. Would like to return again.
