The accommodation (90 m2) is cozy and authentic, well heated and very well equipped. On the ground floor: entrance hall with toilet, large L-shaped open room with wood-burning stove, kitchen, and south-facing living/dining room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bathtub. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. We have brought all the modernity for maximum comfort while respecting the wood and stone, for this beautiful house which is one of the oldest in the village. It is located in the heart of it in a small, preserved, quiet alley. We live next door, which allows us to have a privileged relationship with our guests. On the high ground floor of the Sumene Tower overlooking the resort, you will find this 35m square apartment, with an enclosed sleeping area and a 2-bed mezzanine for children. The location allows access to the slopes via the walkway without waiting hours for the elevator in the morning and evening. It is fully equipped with the ski locker inside. For the off, it's ideal when you come back from a day of hiking or biking. All shops are at the foot of the tower.
