Come star gaze from the private hot tub on the back deck. Close to a well stocked local store, Point Arena is a 10 min drive to coffee shops and restaurants. You’ll love the house because of the outdoors space, beautiful gardens and the cool, clean ocean weather. It's really nice to cozy up to the gas fireplace on a foggy day.

We have stayed at this cottage multiple times, and plan on returning many more. Although I stay at other AirBnb’s throughout the country for work, nothing compares to this Manchester Cottage for vacation. The host has the hosting process done to a T. The entire experience, from start to finish was flawless. Other hosts should take note on how to do it properly. The private beach access is definitely the coup de grace of the entire experience, but the fully equipped kitchen is runner up. With 3 sons, having a functional kitchen is a must. Not to mention the gas grill on the deck near the hot tub. Just writing the review makes me want to book my next visit! We look forward to our next visit. Thank you!

Absolutely Stunning Stay! This stay was truly memorable. The views were unreal — panoramic ocean vistas and the most breathtaking sunsets right from the property. Every evening felt like a postcard moment. The space was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. What made the stay even better was the host — incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our visit. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. If you’re looking for a place with unmatched views and a fantastic host, this is it. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

We stayed for three nights and were very cozy and comfortable with beautiful ocean views. The beds were comfortable, the appliances all worked well and we had what we needed in the kitchen. We built a fire each night, which really warmed the house well. A couple of small cons is the central heat didn’t warm the house a ton on the first night , though it was very cold out. Also, the water to the shower in master bedroom wasn’t as warm as we are used to. But all in all it was a wonderful stay!

Our stay in Manchester was fantastic! The house was perfectly situated for exploring the nearby Glass Beach and Fort Bragg. What really made the experience special were the breathtaking views from the property. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Plus, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway on the California coast!

We had a wonderful stay at Tammy’s place! The beautiful views and property were outstanding. We loved the funky house and all its amenities. The wood burning fireplace was a plus! The house is located in a private area surrounded by amazing views. The morning views from the master bedroom were outstanding. Close to hiking and checking out the famous Point Arena lighthouse! Perfect location to explore in either direction along the coast. Tammy was a lovely host and was responsive to our inquiries. Definitely a place we would love to visit again!

Ocean, forest, stars!

I had know idea Manchester existed; until now. I came to know Manchester well with the opportunity to stay at Jess’s home. There are multiple views of the ocean whether lounging in the outdoor elevated living room; sitting on one of the many window seats outside; enjoying the outdoor spa, or taking in a stroll through the neighbor and Pomo Lake trail just a scant from Jess’s home. It was so peaceful inside and outside Jess’s home I found it challenging to leave. The home was spacious and well appointed. If as needed assistance; Jess was responsive and went out of his way to accommodate my needs during my stay. I can only hope Jess’s home will remain available to visit for the foreseeable future. I plan to return I. The next month or so. I could not get enough of this sanctuary. And, the price was more than reasonable given what I received. Truly a treasure.
