Notre maison en pierre, avec piscine privée (chauffée et accessible de juin à septembre) et accès direct à la plage de Donville les bains, offre une superficie de 90m2 intérieur et 70m2 de terrasse à côté et autour de la piscine. Nous avons installé une table au fond de notre jardin, à flanc de dune avec une vue unique sur la plage, la mer et les îles Chausey - Nous prenons notre petit déjeuner, le déjeuner ou bien simplement notre café ... mais aussi le dîner pour profiter du couché du soleil.

18th century house on 3 levels located on the banks of the Rance. On the ground floor, a kitchen/dining room as well as a bathroom (shower and toilet). On the 1st, the living room with 2 sofa beds, TV, books and games. On the 2nd floor, the sleeping area with a 160 cm queen size bed. We offer activities: kayak rental, breakfast, dinner, boat trip along the Rance. Ideal cottage for a couple with or without children. On request: cribs, changing table, high chair.

Our cottage Neuf is located on the Domaine de l 'Edune in Jullouville les pins in a residential park. It fits perfectly into a wooded and sandy environment. The proximity to the beach (150m) , the heated indoor pool (closed until March 31, 2025) and shops ( baker, butcher, fishmonger, convenience store, Restaurants etc ...), will allow you to have a pleasant stay. You can also hike or bike on our trails between Land and Sea.
