Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Manavgat

We stayed in Hakan's villa during our famiky vacation and everything was perfect. Very clean and comfortable place. Definitely recommending to others.

Everything was really nice. The rooms were clean and tidy. Julia was a great host. The place and location were great. It had its own beach. The pool was large and clean.

Thank you so much for your attention to Mr. Demir. The house was much more attentive and clean than it was shown. It will definitely be the first option I have in mind for my next stay!

The house was as in the images, the host was very caring. There was no problem with sun loungers and umbrellas in the sea and pool.

The location is beautiful. Mr. Murat was interested and provided quick feedback when we needed it.

A full f/p reception brother offered flexible entrances and exits due to my very friendly bus, thanks to the house was clean, the location was very nice, monopoly markets, 1 km, 1 km from the side coastal walking path in the ancient city, you can go sightseeing very easily, if you are over the height of the house, pay attention to the ceiling column, I hit my head a few times, apart from that, thank you very much Recep, if I come back to the house, I will rent the same place again.

Almost everything that could be needed at home was available. The location is very close to the beach and we enjoyed our meals with a sea view from the balcony. Since it is located between two hotels, there may be noise from time to time at noon, but this did not affect us negatively. We would like to thank Mr. Murat for his hospitality, we had a very pleasant holiday.

We had the pleasure of staying with friends at Zehra and her mother's this week. Zehra had already made herself very available before our arrival by giving us a lot of information about things to do in her beautiful area, sometimes even taking care of reservations.  Despite a late arrival, an excellent meal was waiting for us at the house with very neat table setting. The contact the next day proved to be as good as the first exchanges.  We had breakfasts prepared by her every morning and even a dinner. All the dishes were of excellent quality.  The house offers a great view of Sidé and the coast.  The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable.  Indoor and outdoor spaces are clean, practical and superb. The pool is incredibly large. In short, something to delight as many people as possible. Thank you again Zehra for this wonderful stay, your hospitality and kindness. We already miss your dishes.

If you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway Seki cottage is an absolute gem. The location is ideal just a short 15 minute drive to shops, restaurants, and beaches. I would recommend hiring a car as you are in a remote village. The villa itself is spacious and immaculately clean with plenty of room to unwind and enjoy your time in comfort. The highlight of our stay was the private pool! We spent lots of time enjoying peaceful surroundings and making the most of the quiet atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit available from the orange, lemon and loquat trees. What set this stay apart was the host, Zehra went above and beyond by welcoming us with breakfast - such a thoughtful touch. She even made us a delicious homemade peach pie. She was very responsive to queries and offered great recommendations for local restaurants making it easy to discover the best places to eat. The stay overall exceeded our expectations and we look forward to returning soon.

Lovely stay in a very beautiful location with lots of wildlife and nature for the children to explore. All the staff and residents were very friendly and accommodating. The villa was exactly as described and Burcu was very responsive with any messages during the stay. Only downside was it was difficult to get taxis from the site. The security were very helpful and gave us lifts when needed, Not a complaint but just so people are aware. Many thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home

Servet bey is a very caring host. In the house you can find detailed instructions regarding household issues and advice on where to go and what to do. The house is cozy, with soul and history, you feel at home in it. The kitchen is fully-equipped. There is a large terrace. Each room has a separate bathroom, air conditioning, balcony and panoramic sea views. The residential complex is surrounded by greenery and fruit trees. Just minutes to the beach. The beach is sandy, the water is warm and clean. It gets deeper in a gradual slope. The beach is private and used only by the residents of the complex. There is a market, a travel agency, a walking path, a doctor and a pharmacy around. The area is very beautiful. We visited a cave, canyons, ancient ruins, walked around the bazaar. This holiday pumped us up with wonderful impressions. It was very entertaining and the time flew by fast, but we brought the most vivid and warm memories with us. Thanks to Servet Bey and his hospitable home!

The house was spacious and convenient enough. We had a very nice holiday surrounded by greenery in a safe compound. I would like to thank the host Beyazıt for their interest and relevance. I can recommend it to those who want to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday.

Access was a bit inconspicous as it looked like a back road. however the host said that it will be paved soon. Good place for a big group. Nice spacious living room/kitchen. well equipped. garden is clean with a nice pool and barbeque. 1 toilet/shower per floor. hot water depended on solar so it was hit and miss during our winter stay. the electric shower had some electrical issue due to a recent thunderstorm. beds were comfortable. the host was very attentive and fixed some issues promptly. A+ service from them. recommended!

We had a wonderful vacation at the villa. Everything matches the description, works and looks great. We also really liked the location: it is quiet and pleasant to the eye. Grocery stores and necessities within walking distance. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to cook without any problems. The villa has plenty of room for four people. The pool is clean and well maintained, the sea is very close. If we had any minor issues, they were resolved very quickly and with a smile. Communication with the owners was quick, easy and pleasant. I absolutely recommend Ilker's place for anyone who wants a great holiday!
