This place is magic. The views, the property, the accommodations are incredible. We loved our stay. the indoor/outdoor kitchen and living space was perfect. The fans throughout the space keep it cool and the bugs away. There is a restaurant next door which is very convenient, and a lodge of some sort “La Abuela” that has water slides and a restaurant, that you can get a day pass to. Todd was very helpful, informative and answered questions before we had them. Will absolutely be back!

Joe was a fabulous host , very attentive and quick to help solve any issues. The home is incredible and on a beautiful piece of property. The road to the home is bumpy and the driveway can be intimidating but we did it with a little car so it can be done. We loved joes home so much we'll try to get back in a few years. Nicaragua is a jewel of a destination and Joes place is worth the trip. FYI love the howler monkeys up at 430am with the roosters but you get use to it because the days are perfect weather 95% of the time.

You are paying for the location. The location and the size of the property cannot be beat. There’s plenty of room for kids to run around. It is clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had a new sponge which hasn’t been the case at other Airbnbs. And the pool is quite nice! It would be nice if there were a few more kitchen amenities like lids for the pots and seasonings. It would also be nice if the trash in the yard was picked up in case there are children running around barefoot. There were some pop tops/bottle tops. But you cannot beat how close it is to the water. It felt like a private resort.

It would be nice if there were a few more kitchen amenities like lids for the pots and seasonings. It would also be nice if the trash in the yard was picked up in case there are children running around barefoot. There were some pop tops/bottle tops. But you cannot beat how close it is to the water. It felt like a private resort.

A little paradise, so lovely and quiet: all you here are the sounds of nature :-) The house is beautiful with the best panorama: the laguna ❤️ The room is big, light and with a beautiful view as well! Mary and Brian are true sweethearts and love to interact with you. Lovely Fritz is adorable. And don’t forget the swimming pool, great to cool off . Thanks for having me!

Wonderful place to stay with an amazing view and two very sweet dogs. We loved playing rummikub on one of the tables in the pool! The room was very cozy and the beds slept good! Definitely recommend. We hope to come back to this place
