Bello lugar para descansar…la cocina tiene todo lo que se necesita…puedes cocinar…así que no es necesario salir de la casa. La atención y respuesta del anfitrión fue excelente.

Booked Harold's home to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. The home was wonderful and as described. Harold was very attentive and responsive. My family had a wonderful time and totally recommend it to others.

Alvaro was an amazing host. He far exceeded our expectations and was so nice and accommodating. Words cannot describe his home, you will be blown away the beautiful pictures do not do this place justice. Es la segunda vez que visitamos este apartamento, nos gusta muchísimo, es súper cerca de Managua, la piscina está a pasos de la casa al igual que el mar! Es perfecto para ir en familia y con niños pequeños! Definitivamente volveríamos 🤗

Excelente ubicación frente a la playa. Disfrutamos del sol, las olas y el atardecer durante toda la estadía. La playa se mantuvo bastante vacía a pesar de ser Semana Santa.

Nuestra estadía fue fabulosa, todo fue muy fácil, el condo muy limpio y agradable… disfrutamos muchísimo. El entorno súper acogedor, vista única del mar y el atardecer 🌅. El lugar cuenta con excelentes amenidades así como el respeto a horarios para descansar. Súper recomendado 😌.

La casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasarla bien, es ámplia, ideal para grupos grandes, el área de piscina es lo mejor de la casa. Alfonso fue muy accesible y permisivo. Definitivamente volveremos!

Todo súper bonito!

Me gusto la cabaña, bastante cómoda y acogedora. Las personas que nos recibieron muy amables y atentos. Únicamente, como recomendación, a mi me hubiera gustado saber que la cabaña se encontraba en el mismo predio que otros negocios, es decir, no hubo la privacidad que me imaginé, sin embargo considero el lugar aceptable para elegir llegar nuevamente.

Esther’s house is worth the extra cost beyond what you’d pay at a hostel. The house is very private, quiet, and peaceful. The open patio has an epic view of the Laguna and has a nice breeze. The hammocks are great, kitchen is fully stocked with dishes etc and the private lake access is very nice. Esther is super communicative and accommodating. She is happy to help with transportation, tips, and any other needs you may have. We missed out on one of our nights because of weather delays back home and she graciously let us have a late check out. Definitely would recommend Alchemy on the Lake!

John Paul is a wonderful human. His attention towards the guests is probably the best I have had at any Airbnb I have stayed. He communicated with us several times during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. The house/compound is beautiful and peaceful. He also has some toys such as boogie boards and snorkel gear for you to use. I will definitely be coming back and next time with my wife as I think she would love the beach vibe. This morning I was able to have a cup of coffee and chat with Jon Paul a bit to learn how he acquired the property. The house was built with a very special wood and it has a really cool beach cabin feel. I don’t think anyone would be able to find another place like this in the surrounding area.

Ventajas: super limpio y la casa reúne todo lo necesario Desventajas: faltan más toallas, hay q pagar extras por salir de la casa, absurdo para ir al restaurante o al mar! Se paga por noche $27.60, la piscina requiere mantenimiento y las burbujas te la encienden solo una horas y llega un Sr apagarlas. Pero en general es un lugar recomendable

Fabulous stay at John Paul’s property. The beach house is a piece of paradise open directly on the Pochomil beach, perfect for chill, sea activities and admiring one of the most beautiful sunsets. John Paul was very easy to communicate with and answered all our needs. Totally recommandable. (Beware on the rocks in the beach, they can be very sharp! My friend got injured :’( but could have a very good rest and recovery at the Beach House)
