Property with 250 hectares, with very nice trails and paths, with mountains. With beaches 5 minutes away (CALA ROMÁNTICA, CALA MANDÍA, CALA BARQUES). The supermarkets are in Manacor, also a 5-minute drive away, and for dinner you can go to Portocristo, which is a 12-minute drive away.

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

There is a convenience store very close by, restaurants, bars and shops. The beaches are 10 km away. Approx. of the Rafael Nadal Technification Center, Cales Verges de Manacor, Coves de Porto Cristo. Sports activities, tennis, paddle tennis. Rental of canoes, bicycle tourism.
