The "Schlössle", a former 4* hotel, is located in the immediate vicinity of the town square, centrally located but still very quiet. The apartment (approx. 75 sqm) is on the ground floor. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

Built in 1920, the discharge cottage was totally renovated in 2016/17. It belongs to a disused farm located 5 km from Simbach am Inn. On the ground floor is a beautiful vaulted room with a bread oven.( The room is not yet fully furnished and is therefore not yet rented) In addition, a 15 kW piece wood heating is housed on the ground floor.
