Paola was very helpful with anyone questions we have, and gave us several recommendations and directions during our stay. She also allowed us to check in early, and store our luggage there later on check out day.

Apartment as expected, impeccable cleanliness, strategic location in the center of Martinsicuro with the sea less than 100 meters away, parking on site always available, what more can you ask for to make a holiday unforgettable. That said, a special mention must be made of Manuela, the owner. She is hospitality personified, but with a capital H, always present without ever being invasive. Very nice apartment, super comfortable and clean, steps from the sea. It has a wonderful terrace! They are very friendly. Suggestion... they should put wifi since it doesn't have it and when you're traveling it's very necessary. But I highly recommend it!

frencesco is a nice host. She responds to questions right away. A warm and sincere welcome . The house is just as it appears in the photos. The kitchen has everything to cook. It has a beautiful bathroom and a large balcony. The location of the house is very good ,on the beach and 3 km from the city center. But we never needed the center. There is a supermarket 1 km from the house. There are ice cream shops, pizzerias and nice places to have coffee around within 5 min walking distance. We were amazed by the magnificent nature of Italy. We wish to come again

The apartment was perfect for our stay, with everything we needed, central yet in a quiet part of town with plenty of great places to eat within a few minutes’ walk. Our host gave us fantastic tips for fish restaurants and places to swim. We weren’t there for a holiday, but it felt like one.

The location is strategic, quiet but at the same time very close to the village and beaches, reachable in a few minutes on foot. Beautiful apartment, decorated in an Italian style. Very clean. Fully equipped, the apartment had everything you needed and even more. Great location, 3-minute walk to the sea, max. 10 minutes to the center. In a quiet neighborhood. Ms. Simonetta is very nice and communicative. At the very beginning, she showed us places to go, recommended the best restaurants, and even ordered a taxi to the airport for a specific time. We are very pleased and we will definitely stay there when we visit Pescarze.

We enjoyed ourself so much. The place met our needs for a couple and a single. 2 bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs and down. We would definitely come back again and recommend it for groups of six. Everything we needed to cook at home. Wish the weather would have been nice to enjoy the area out back. Lovely table and lights to have dinner and play cards.

We, four girls, recently stayed at the property for a week. This is a bit away from the shot (20 minutes walk from the city/village) but for us it was totally fine. We needed some peace and quiet. The check-in was totally uncomplicated. Fabrizio was already waiting for us and the key exchange was smooth. Free parking was available nearby. The apartment has an excellent location, right on the beach. We especially enjoyed the terrace every morning. In addition, there is the private beach. Bikes were available. GREAT!!!! The premises are somewhat limited for four adults. We didn't always have good weather, so you couldn't spread out well. In addition, the apartment is in need of renovation. The garden is also beautiful but too much clutter, which is here and there. Still, it was a good stay. Thank you Fabrizio!

It was really a very nice apartment with everything you need, great and stylish decor. Thoughtful with storage for clothes. Induction stove and washing machine and a rain shower. Beautiful with the wood on the ceiling and important air conditioning in every room. Landlords were always available and responded immediately. Check-in and check-out were great and personal by the landlords. We can only recommend it. It is a very nice and rather lively environment with a beautiful beach.

Caterina and Paolo were very helpful and were able to make us feel at home. When we arrived, they personally welcomed us and everything was tidy and clean. The functional and comfortable apartment was a great support for our hikes in the parks and nearby beaches. We are a family with two children and finding a relaxing environment to end the days of "adventures " was relaxing. Quiet area and within walking distance of the sea.

I greatly appreciated the attention to detail and care that Carmelina shows for the comfort of guests. The amenities were perfect, and the welcoming atmosphere made us feel at home. Short distance to the beach (5 min walking) or public transportation (3 min). It was a wonderful experience and we will certainly return when we have the chance again!

Very nice house equipped with all the comforts in an elegant setting with indoor parking, fantastic location, you simply need to cross the road to go to the beach or to reach the bike path and being located in the central Piazza S.Alfonso there are all kinds of activities and services in addition to the various events that are held in the aforementioned square, if you want you can not use the car for the entire stay. I highly recommend it also to families with children for the convenience and tranquility of the place. Mr. Michele, a nice and helpful person, provided us with all the explanations on arrival and remained available even during the stay. An experience to be repeated.

I found Anna's apartment really nice, comfortable, well furnished and with all the amenities. In particular, I appreciated the two balconies with sea views and the spacious bedrooms (one with shower included). Anna is an always available and attentive host, responds quickly, with kindness, and gives useful tips to get to know the area better. I will definitely come back and highly recommend Anna's accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment, close to the sea and at the same time close to the city center!
