Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Mamaia Beach

Maria Teresa et son fils ont été d'excellents conseils pour la restauration, comme pour les visites à faire de villages (mais il y a aussi pleins de musées aussi à visiter), les randonnées sublimes à faire dans cette région...bref d'excellents conseils. Malheureusement sur une semaine nous n'avons pas pu tout visiter mais nous en avons pris plein les yeux déjà :) il nous aurait fallu plus d'une semaine sur place. L'accueil, tout comme notre départ auront été très chaleureux avec Maria Teresa que nous remercions bien fort pour nous avoir permis de découvrir cette région magnifique ! La maison est isolée et la nuit il règne un calme magistral, cette maison est idéale pour se ressourcer et faire le plein de détente. La maison est conforme aux photos du site, le champs d'oliviers est sublime. Pas de pollution lumineuse la nuit non plus, un vrai bonheur. Bref, que de belles images imprimées dans nos rétines. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Encore merci et peut être à une prochaine :)

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. The space was functional, plus the full size shower was a real treat after a day’s hiking. Jane and Bill

Piękne mieszkanie, urządzone we włoskim klimacie. Bardzo czysto. W pełni wyposażone , w mieszkaniu było wszystko co potrzebne a nawet i więcej. Super lokalizacja, do morza spacerem 3 minuty , do centrum max 10 minut. W spokojnej okolicy. Pani Simonetta jest bardzo miła i kontaktowa. Na samym początku przedstawiła nam miejsca do których warto pójść , poleciła najlepsze restauracje , a nawet na koniec zamówiła taxi na lotnisko na konkretną godzinę. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i na pewno jak zawitamy w Pescarze to też się tam zatrzymamy.

La casa è immersa in un borgo ricco di storia, e si possono raggiungere a piedi sia il mare che il bosco circostante, facendo bellissime passeggiate. Siamo stati accolti dalla co-host Antonella che si è prodigata nell'aiutarci con i bagagli (la nostra auto era troppo grande e non siamo riusciti a entrare nella piazzetta di fronte alla casa). Il terra-tetto è stato oggetto di una ristrutturazione conservativa che ha rispettato i materiali originari ma che ha garantito un efficientamento importante, bagni nuovi, cucina nuova, riscaldamento eccellente considerando le tante stanze. La casa è accogliente, luminosa, ampia (tre camere e due bagni) e ci sono due splendidi terrazzi con una impareggiabile vista mare. Siamo stati benissimo e abbiamo apprezzato molto la vita all'interno del borgo.

Traumhaft schöne Lage in den Bergen, schöner Pool und gute funktionelle Einrichtung. Man muss sich nur im klaren sein, dass es ein sehr ruhiger Ort ist und man für Ausflüge oder Ähnliches min. 30 min bis 2 Stunden fahren muss was für uns aber völlig ok war. Angelo ist ein toller Gastgeber, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Appartamento splendido,pulito e ottimamente fornito di tutto. La vista mozzafiato sulla vallata e il silenzio sono impagabili ! È una casa in campagna fresca di ristrutturazione con cucina su sala da pranzo con camino funzionante e TV. Ci sono ben 4 camere : 2 camere matrimoniali+ una ad uso studio e l'altra con divano letto matrimoniale e TV. C'è tanto spazio e privacy per tutti. La cucina è nuova, completa di pentole, piatti , bicchieri padelle ecc.. nuovi e di buona qualità. Moreno è un host perfetto. Ha superato tutte le migliori aspettative. Raccomandatissimo!

The host is really helpful, kind, friendly and very nice. Ready to help us out anytime with anything we request. The place is just 5 mins walk to the beach and very close to the train station. If you don’t mind about hearing train this is the place for you to stay. Restaurants and supermarket close by. I recommend the place and the host very much.

Super schöne und ruhige Gegend. Lea und Ronald waren herzliche Gastgeber. Man hat sich direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück.

Sparkling clean, lovely updated apartment, host was very communicative and explained the details of the unit, beautiful view and quiet, peaceful surroundings. I hope we can visit again in the summer to use the pool!

Wow!! What a beautiful place. We had a very relaxing stay at La càna. The location is amazing and peaceful. Paola was very accomodating and provided lots of suggestions for exploring the surrounding region. Her family (including x3 dogs) were very friendly but also respectful of our space and privacy. Wine, tart and fruit on arrival was appreciated after driving to our destination. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, walking through the vineyards and exploring / eating at the surrounding towns. It was also nice to cook for ourselves at La càna a couple of nights and enjoy the beautiful view. Highly recommend!

Vi havde et helt fantastisk ophold hos Kristy og James. De var meget imødekommende og venlige, havde en masse gode forslag til hvad man kunne se og lave i området samt var yderst hjælpsomme og fleksible. Huset lå flot med udsigt som det ses på billederne, dvs på landet men ganske tæt på den hyggelige lille by Mogliano. Swimmingpoolen var et stort plus for vores børn der brugte den næsten hver dag. Lejligheden var, som billederne viser, hyggeligt og autentisk indrettet og med veludstyret køkken. Et plus for vores familie var også deres dejlige og meget børnevenlige hund, Bandit. Vi håber selv at komme igen en anden gang og kan kun anbefale andre et ophold hos Kristy og James.

The house and its surroundings were even more beautiful than in the pictures and the view from the house was breathtaking. We spent a lot of time in the pool area which was so nice. The hosts were always available and responded quick if we had any questions. 10 out of 10 experience, would really recommend!

Unfassbar schön! Wunderschöne Umgebung, tolle Wohnung, aber das beste waren definitiv die Gastgeber! Wir wurden so herzlich aufgenommen, dass wir am liebsten nie mehr gegangen wären! Mille grazie a Pia e Ennio per tutto! Siete meravigliosi!

The most beautiful place in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Michela and Massimo are the kindest and sweetest people. Our stay was perfect. The view, the apartment, the garden, .. everything was with made with so much love the and lovely details. We will come back.

Eravamo ospiti nel periodo di capodanno ed è stata un'esperienza solo positiva. Una zona leggermente difficile da raggiungere, uso di una macchina adeguada a strade non asfaltate è consigliato. Maja è stata molto gentile e disponibile, durante i giorni la casa era riscaldata e molto accogliente.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr gut gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt nichts. Die Terrasse ist einfach wundervoll. Sehr empfehlenwert.

Sono stata in vacanza una settima insieme ad un'amica. Ci siamo trovate benissimo, l'appartamento molto bello, luminoso e pulito, ci siamo sentite a casa! Mara è stata super gentile e sempre disponibile, ci è venuta incontro per quanto riguarda i vari orari di check-in e check-out e ci ha consigliato cosa vedere e visitare nella zona e in che ristoranti andare. Consigliatissimo e sicuramente è un posto in cui vale la pena ritornare!!!

Sono stata nell’alloggio di Morena 10 gg ad agosto con la mia famiglia. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto quel che serve per una vacanza e anche il mio bimbo di tre anni si è sentito a casa. Morena è una persona splendida, molto disponibile. Consiglio a chi unque questa soluzione soprattutto se si vuole vivere il mare che è a due passi. Grazie mille Morena, grazie di cuore per tutto😘

Settimana favolosa! Insieme a mio marito, la nostra bimba di tre anni e la nostra cagnolina di 14, abbiamo passato una settimana stupenda in questo bellissimo appartamento vista mare. Non è mai mancato un piacevole venticello che rinfresca tutta la casa senza bisogno di accendere l'aria condizionata, la casa super pulita e super funzionale, è più spaziosa di come può sembrare in foto ed ha tutto l'occorrente per un soggiorno piacevole. paolo gentilissimo nelle indicazioni al telefono, e Valeria super disponibile per ogni consiglio e per risolvere qualsiasi tipo di necessità. terzo piano senza ascensore ma noi non abbiamo avuto alcun problema a salire e scendere con la vecchietta e con la bimba quindi promosso e stra consigliato! Spero di tornare ♥️

Es ist wie ein Besuch zu Hause bei der Oma. Alles ist gut gepflegt und hat den Charme einer gemütlichen, kleinen Wohnung aus den 1960er Jahren mit entsprechender Ausstattung. Alessio ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat mich trotz erheblicher Verspätung meines Zuges vom Bahnhof abgeholt und mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Weil ich erst so spät ankam, konnte ich fürs Frühstück nicht mehr einkaufen gehen. Das war aber kein Problem, denn im Kühlschrank gab es Säfte und Joghurt. Außerdem auch Milch, kleine Kuchen und Kaffee und auf dem Tisch stand ein frischer Strauß Blumen. So fühlt man sich wirklich willkommen und die Wohnung ist kein steriles Hotelzimmer, sondern ein echtes Zuhause mit Seele. Gerne wieder!

We had a great time in Giovanna‘s appartement: amazing sea view 24/7, blue sky, green water, white sand beaches, sunshine…. tutto! This appartement is modern, bright, comfortable, and clean. Giovanna is a perfect host always reachable and friendly. L‘Abbruzzo - this region is amazing, varied with long beaches, hills and mountains countryside to be active at any time. Interesting cities to explore nearby. We say thank you for everything and will be back next year:-)

Die Wohnung hat eine Toplage, direkt an der Strandpromenade und sehr nah an der Fußgängerzone von Guilianova. Hervorzuheben ist die tolle, sehr große Terrasse und der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Alle Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Zimmer mit dem Einzelbett ist allerdings sehr klein. Die Wohnung ist für einen Strandurlaub auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Auch unser Hund durfte mit, allerdings sind in den Strandbädern keine Hunde erlaubt. Das sollte man beachten.

Un piccolo gioiello sul mare! Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento a Villa Rosa e ne sono rimasta incantata. Piccolino, ma curato nei minimi dettagli, è davvero una bomboniera: elegante, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi come a casa. La vista fronte mare è semplicemente spettacolare, svegliarsi con quel panorama è impagabile. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Rossella, una persona deliziosa, gentile e disponibile. Consiglio vivamente questo angolo di paradiso a chi cerca relax, bellezza e ospitalità autentica!
