Beachfront holiday rentals in Mamaia Beach

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

Very pleasant stay! We stayed 4 days in Fossacesia with our children aged 1 and 4, and we had a really good time at Simona's house. The house is equipped with everything and Simona was very kind to provide us with the high chair and a very appreciated welcome with breakfast basket upon request. The location in front of the sea is really priceless, both for the possibility of using the terrace for meals and for the convenience of crossing the street and being on the beach. Also very convenient is the presence of the garage with a direct entrance to the condominium.

Paola was very helpful with anyone questions we have, and gave us several recommendations and directions during our stay. She also allowed us to check in early, and store our luggage there later on check out day.

This was a wonderful place for us to relax and wind down. Right near the beach and many fantastic restaurants, Gelato and Grocery stores. Alessandro made us feel welcome and right at home.

Delightful apartment with attention to detail that shows the obvious passion for beautiful things of those who manage it. There is also a large terrace that, having been there in winter, I could not use but which in summer will look like a large outdoor living room. The condominium context is elegant, modern and, above all, very quiet. Manlio was a sensational and super helpful host who immediately makes the guest feel at ease with his captivating and sincere smile. I'll definitely be back!

Villa Mayer was an excellent place to stay for my family during our trip to Fossacesia and Abruzzo. The villa was spectacular with amazing views, excellent location and it had everything that we needed for our two weeks - including the pool which was just perfect throughout the hot weather during our stay! Piero was an exceptional host; attentive and helpful. He made our stay easy and I would certainly stay again next time!

The Host Alessandro was immediately available to respond to our requests and provide useful information for the stay. He even made us find a local confectionery specialty (Bocconotti) as a welcome. The apartment was clean and well furnished with all comforts. Alessandro also honored us with a can of oil he produced. Simply put, it made us feel at home in our home. Excellent experience!!!! The host is very conscientious and responded promptly to questions. The apt and building were spotless. Many restaurants close by. Excellent beach almost at your door. Would highly recommend this property.

We've had a lovely little weekend in Pescara, staying at Daniela's place. We found the description and picture to match the reality, really clean, right in the center, close to the beach and great restaurants with yummy local food. We were able to have a smooth check in and check out and Daniela has been an amazing host, very prompt and answering all our questions graciously and friendly, very prompt. It was a bit colder than we expected but that was just related to the weather and the period we visited. We were able to turn on the heat and make it comfortable for our stay which was great. Loved it and I definitely recommend you to stay there, you'll feel right at home !

I booked this place for my parents and my brother, they only told me positive things: home where nothing is missing, welcoming and punished. Great location to walk to the sea both during the day and for beautiful walks in the evening. Gabriele and his dad are two very kind people, super helpful.

Fabulous week! Together with my husband, our three-year-old daughter and our 14-year-old dog, we had a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment overlooking the sea. There has never been a pleasant breeze that refreshes the whole house without needing to turn on the air conditioning, the house is super clean and super functional, it is more spacious than it may seem in the photo and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very kind paolo in the directions on the phone, and Valeria is super available for any advice and to solve any type of need. Third floor without an elevator but we had no problem going up and down with the old lady and with the baby, so promoted and highly recommended! Hope to come back ♥️

frencesco is a nice host. She responds to questions right away. A warm and sincere welcome . The house is just as it appears in the photos. The kitchen has everything to cook. It has a beautiful bathroom and a large balcony. The location of the house is very good ,on the beach and 3 km from the city center. But we never needed the center. There is a supermarket 1 km from the house. There are ice cream shops, pizzerias and nice places to have coffee around within 5 min walking distance. We were amazed by the magnificent nature of Italy. We wish to come again

We had a wonderful time in the very nice apartment. Lucilla is a very courteous and friendly hostess. The location of the apartment was perfect for us. Close to the beach and a terrace with absolute privacy. Everything was very straightforward and we were able to experience a completely beautiful vacation from day 1. Thank you for everything. The apartment was exactly as in the photos. Flexible check-in, great communication with the host and a perfectly prepared apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, but due to the many good restaurants nearby, it was rarely used. The view of the sea from the terrace is fantastic. Listening to the sound of the waves was incredibly relaxing. Thank you Francesco, you were a great, pro-active and very friendly host. Grazie e alla prossima :-)

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment, well furnished and clean. The location is perfect, very central, facing the sea, a few steps from the beach and close to the station. In addition, there is a wide choice of restaurants and clubs within walking distance. A special applause to Marco, always available and ready to help. We highly recommend it.
