Walking distance to the city center, 5 min to train and bus and Solsidens selection of restaurants and shops. Double bed (1.50 m.) in bedroom and also sofa bed in the living room (1.40 m.) with the possibility of sleeping space for two. Has washer/dryer. Flexible access with app controlled key solution. End apartment on the 5th floor with elevator. Paid street parking only (3h).

Cozy and modern apartment of 45m² with easy access to everything you need in your everyday life. It comes with its own parking space for the apartment, with the possibility of electric car charging (for a small fee, please contact us). The apartment has an excellent location on the 3rd floor and is experienced without disturbing insight or noise. A dog usually lives with us, so dogs are welcome😊 There is only one double bed in the apartment, but we have a double air mattress available if needed, or a single mattress.

Free parking/car charging can be agreed upon in beforehand. 100 m to NTNU Gløshaugen and bus. Walking distance to cozy Bakklandet and city centre. Washer and dryer in basement.

Cozy apartment, good standard. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood Well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances. Ensuite bedroom with made up double bed. Sofa bed in living room. New modern bathroom. Towels available. Fjord view with gorgeous sunsets. Private furnished patio. Private parking space. 16 minutes drive to Trondheim city center, 23 minutes to Værnes. Bus stop 10 min away. Short distance to the sea and swimming opportunities (see photos from Midtsandtangen outdoor area, 9 min by car ).

Top floor apartment with stunning views of Trondheimsfjorden and only 20 minutes to walk to the city center. Perfect for a relaxing yet urban holiday, or for working remotely. You will hear the soothing sound of waves against the shore while sleeping. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, with several parks and footpaths nearby. There is a beach just outside the building where you can enjoy baths all year round. If you like hiking, there are entries into Bymarka only minutes away.

Charming, newly furnished apartment

Newly renovated apartment in well maintained and charming building from the beginning of the 20th century. The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which is also decorated as an office with office desk and large screen. Both bedrooms have double beds, 160 and 120 cm respectively. The apartment has cable TV and fast internet. There is underfloor heating in every room. There is free street parking outside, but this is quite popular, and is thus often filled in the afternoon/evening.

New apartment of 55 m2 with two bedrooms. Balanced ventilation. Thermostat in all rooms. Spacious double beds (180 cm width) in both bedrooms. Sofa bed with a width of 140 cm can be raised up to one or two people in addition. Sea view and exit to garden. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with playground and walking areas close by. Short walk to the shop and bus stop. It takes about 20 minutes by bus to downtown.
