Upon departure, you must clean all rooms and wash the kitchenware so that the apartment is ready for the next guest. Trondheim is 25km away and Trondheim Airport is 7km away. The bus stop "Solbakken" is 5min away and the train station "Hommelvik" is 1.7km away.

Storvika er Trøndelags fineste strand og en super badeplass! Storvika har også flere boltede ruter for fjellklatring og stranda blir mye benyttet til vindsurfing og kiting. Gangavstand til togstasjon og sentrum.
