Peaceful accommodation, which is centrally located. Walking distance to bus and train. Kitchen and living room with spacious dining table, salon, a dishwasher, a fridge and a freezer. One bedroom with double bed and one with bunk bed. Entrance and storage room. Parking inside garage. Possibility to charge electric car for a little fee. Elevator or stairs up to the apartment located at the ground floor. A few minutes to walk down to the spring with a nice sandy beach. Large porch. Bed linen and towels can be rented for NOK 400,- per person.

Studio with private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, washing machine and bedroom. Total 30sqm. 2-4 beds: 120cm bed, with 1-2 mattresses on the floor(90cm) if needed. Please remember your own bed linen/towels. It is possible to hire bed linen/towels for 50kr each. Upon departure, you must clean all rooms and wash the kitchenware so that the apartment is ready for the next guest. Trondheim is 25km away and Trondheim Airport is 7km away. The bus stop "Solbakken" is 5min away and the train station "Hommelvik" is 1.7km away.

Cottage with a charming view!

Relax with your boyfriend or with your whole family at this peaceful place to stay with one of the best views and hiking opportunities! There is the bus stop at only 300 meters distance with frequent bus routes (bus number 70), it takes only 20 minutes to Trondheim and 15 minutes to Stjørdal/Værnes airport. Grocery shops such as Coop Xtra, KIWI and REMA 1000 only in 3.5 km distance, are located in the center of Hommelvik (use the ATB bus app). Note: Only 2+ days rental. Welcome! Sincerely, Oleksii 🙂

Central location in Malvik. 20min by car to Trondheim and Værnes/Stjørdal. There are bus stops a few minutes away, where there are buses both north and south. From the residence it is walking distance to a small shopping mall, hiking areas and several playgrounds. A small drive away from the village, there are also two nearby local center, with several shops. Both in Trondheim and Stjørdal, there are restaurants, sights, water park, climbing park, nice parks, city centers, shopping and nightlife.

Cozy cabin in Storvika

Liten men koselig hytte i Storvika med vann, strøm og vedfyring. En sovealkove i hytta og et anneks med bad og soverom. Hytta ligger i skogen ca 400 meter fra Storvika Strand og friluftsområde. Storvika er Trøndelags fineste strand og en super badeplass! Storvika har også flere boltede ruter for fjellklatring og stranda blir mye benyttet til vindsurfing og kiting. Koselig enebolig på Hell, nært flyplassen, tog- og busstasjon. Hyggelige uteplasser med hagemøbler på begge sider av huset. Parkeringsplass med rom for flere biler. Renovert bolig med moderne kjøkken og åpen planløsning. 2 bad av litt enklere standard med dusj og toalett på begge. 4 soverom med inntil 10 sengeplasser. Herunder inngår at 2 personer kan dele en 120 sovesofa på loftsstuen. NB: Passer ikke for allergikere, bor hund og katt i huset utenom utleieperioder.

Cozy cottage in beautiful rural surroundings and panoramic view! Relax and enjoy the view. Immediate proximity to long shallow beach, the shore and nice hiking areas, e.g. Våttåstien or Skardshåmmåren. It is pleasant to go for a walk along the country road. Large garden provides room for various outdoor activities. Rich nature and wild life. Located in a small cottage field with privacy. You can drive all the way to the cabin wall. TV and wifi. Vårt koselige anneks på ca 70 kvm har flott utsikt, og ligger bare noen få steinkast unna stranda, bademuligheter og start på Ladestien. Uteplass på begge sider av huset. Leiligheten har to soverom og en stue, og egner seg bra for både alene-reisende, par, familier og forretningsreisende.

Grønberg Gård, great apartment 20 min from Trheim.

Grønberg farm is located in scenic surroundings by the sea. It was built in 1910 and was fully renovated in 2015/2016. The house is preserved according to the regional Directorate of Cultural Heritage, has a modern bathroom and kitchen, but retains its original atmosphere.
