We had a wonderful stay at Paulette's place, Rowe Villa. It was perfectly situated near the Junction, which was exactly what my wife and family were looking for, while still offering privacy and tranquility. Our host, Venice, was incredibly welcoming, took the time to show us around, and was always available for any questions or guidance. Paulette also connected us with Conrad, who provided seamless airport transportation at both the start and end of our stay. His hospitality and care in ensuring our safe travels were truly appreciated. I highly recommend Rowe Villa for anyone visiting St. Elizabeth—it's an excellent choice for families or groups traveling together. Rafik was a dream host. answered every question very quickly and helped us set up a driver and a cook. he was very kind and accommodating. we really appreciated the attentiveness. We used a driver that Rafik recommended named, Lamar, who was so much fun and very attentive as well. He showed us a side of Jamaica we never knew existed and was very fairly priced. We also used the in house cook, Miss Icy, who made a bunch of delicious traditional Jamaican meals and some American ones at our request. She was absolutely amazing as well. Thank you all for the wonderful experience! We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at Marvette’s Hideaway! From the very start, Marvette’s communication was fantastic and checkin instructions were very clear. She made sure everything we needed was available, allowed guests to checkin early and kept in touch throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable. The home was cozy, well-equipped, and in a perfect location. We felt taken care of from beginning to end. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-managed getaway!

Just came back from an amazing weekend at this villa . Jethro was very responsive & ready to assist us with anything we needed . It is clear that he is very passionate about making his guests stay one to remember . The property was amazing with views of the beach & the beautiful amenities that came with the villa . I do recommend booking both units so you’re able to take advantage of all that comes with the property . If you’re traveling in a large group of more than 6 persons there are additional accommodations on the property so definitely take advantage of that . Overall I would definitely give Jethro & his villa a 5 star for how good the accommodations were & the peacefulness of the space .

Nicolette’s place is beautiful, spacious and well kept. She is very kind and proactive in her communication - which was greatly appreciated since we were checking out during hurricane Beryl. The staff - Brian, Elesha, Diane and the driver Uan were all wonderful as well. I would give this listing and amazing people more than 5 stars if I could! Highly recommend this place!

Susan’s villa is everything you’d expect from her pictures and details. Absolutely no complaints with the villa, yard, pool, and close neighbours. The only issue we’ve had in the 2 years staying at south sea is the homeowners by the only beach decided to rudely remove the only tree/shade there. Quite disappointing and heartbreaking for future guests. Besides that, Susan is a highly reputable businesswoman and will take care of her guests.

Our stay at Irie Stone in Whitehouse, Jamaica, was truly extraordinary. From the start, our private driver greeted us warmly and introduced us to authentic Jamaican cuisine, setting a delightful tone for our trip. The breathtaking mountain view overlooking the ocean was a highlight, with stunning sunrises and mesmerizing sunsets that provided a tranquil escape from daily life. Kathy, our host, was wonderfully hospitable, making us feel right at home in the luxurious accommodation, which featured a private pool that became our sanctuary. We spent hours lounging by the pool, enjoying the serene atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. Chef Demar impressed us with his delicious Jamaican meals, showcasing the island's rich culinary traditions. Each meal was a delightful experience, eagerly anticipated by us. Our stay was so enjoyable that we’ve already begun planning our next visit. Irie Stone is a hidden gem, perfectly blending natural beauty, warm hospitality, and mouthwatering cuisine.

We stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay ! The apartment was spacious, very clean with all that we needed including a laundry room. It was even better than the pictures ! The pool and beach area was also really lovely. The beach is nice and clean and private. We stayed here for the Calabash festival so we were mostly gone during the day and didn't get to spend much time on the beach but we would definitely return here for a weekend getaway. The check in process by Michelle was also very smooth and we were pleasantly surprised by how organized everything was. Other guests were courteous and the groundsman Jack was quite helpful. All in all, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice little getaway in Westmoreland.

Gina was a lovely host! She made sure to check on us throughout our stay and gave very helpful suggestions on where to eat and what's nearby etc. The house was in a beautiful location, had a very short walking distance to the beach, attentive staff, and great amenities. The house was very clean and we would definitely stay there again. My family and I had a wonderful time.

Treasure Beach holds a special place in our hearts for many reasons, and Calabash House is one! We love how peaceful and beautiful the surroundings are, how kind the people of TB are, and just the overall vibe of the house and it’s location. Denzil and Ronique took such good care of our family. Checking in daily, providing groceries upon arrival, and even taking us to the Lobster Pot for dinner! Sharyn is very responsive and throughly answered any questions we had. I can’t say enough about how magical our time at Calabash House was. We can’t wait to come back next year! Thank you so much!

Hands down the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! After suffering the traumatic loss of our baby brother, we were finally able to feel a moment of joy and peace. In addition to the gorgeous views, the private beaches, and great food… we were greeted and cared for with love and warmth by Juba/Suzette/Brittney/Sweet Pea/Khoren. Truly a wonderful place for a family vacation! The location is spectacular, with a gorgeous pool overlooking the crashing sea. The house is lovely and kept immaculately clean. Excellent swimming beaches within a five minute walk. But most of all, the team that cares for you at Pelican Point is just the best. Porsha is a wonderful cook and a wonderful human; we loved her food and getting to know her and the rest of her team. Shorty takes immaculate care of the grounds and always offers an uplifting smile. And the Treasure Tours team that manages the house and helps with activities couldn’t be more accommodating. I highly recommend both this house and Treasure Beach in general to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful, fun place to vacation that is off the beaten path and away from the masses of resorts and vacationers. It’s as lovely a community as everyone says and a real joy to have been part of for one short but fantastic week!

Villa Hikaru is a special place — out of the way, wonderful sea view, beautiful garden, with lots of nooks and crannies for everyone to find their own space or come together. The team looking after the villa and guests — Vanesia, Cedrena and Patrick — are fabulous: the villa and gardens are in great condition and the cooking is delicious. It’s a good 2 hour drive from Montego Bay, in a quiet parish with no major tourist attraction nearby. Which for us made it perfect. There’s a fishing village nearby and a couple of beach bars, so if you’re looking to escape the noise and crowds, this is the place!

This property is better then expected, backing onto the beach, has all of the amenities, that you could possibly need for a beach getaway, the hosts and property manager are available for any concerns or recommendations.. Our group, ranging in ages from 70 to 8 years old, all had a perfect week at this property and will definitely return and recommend.

This is one of the most beautiful villas that I have ever stayed in, the host Lorraine and Mary were always responsive to my questions. The pictures do this villa no justice, and lets talk about the house staff, princess is the utmost best, she is the chef and makes the best of everything in food, she is so friendly and always willing to make our stay a great one, Richie is also a gem he is very helpful, they both are a wonderful addition to this house. Please do not hesitate to book this villa as you would not be disappointed

We were five adults and an almost 3-year-old. The villa was very comfortable and lovely. We enjoyed the pools and the beach. We were the first guests since Hurricane Beryl, and we felt that we received all the amenities available before the hurricane. Sheryl was wonderfully responsive to all our requests, and had reliably good recommendations. She arranged transportation to and from the airport (about 2 hours, 15 minutes each way). We had fun and interesting excursions, with transportation arranged by Sheryl — the Black River Safari, YS Falls, Treasure Beach, and the Pelican Bar. The best choice we made was to have Shamoir prepare meals for us. He is a talented chef and treated us to Jamaican favorites. But more than that, he is a friendly, helpful guide. We invited him to eat with us, and we had interesting conversations about life on the island. If you want an authentic Jamaican experience, this is the place for you.

This beautiful home was everything and more for my family very breath taking view, this was a home away from home vacation, the place was very well kept. Everything was priceless and nice, will be back soon

Shawn was the ground keeper, and He was AWESOME whatever was needed for the house or anything else he took care of quickly and without a problem. We had Chef Tony and Chrissy who cooked for us. The Food was Amazing would recommend. Lastly, Kareka and Brittney took care of maintaining the house. These ladies were a Complete JOY. Hands down Felt at Home with everyone. Love the People and Place the only Con were the Mosquitos lol

We just returned from an incredible five days at Mbira and I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Mbira was the perfect backdrop for relaxation between Calabash festival events. The seas were rough but the crystal clear pool was incredibly refreshing after long days in the sun. The on-site staff - Nadine, Terry, and Jennifer - are absolute gems. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail transformed what could have been just another vacation into a truly personal experience. Breakfast and dinner were consistently delicious, featuring fresh, local ingredients prepared with skill and creativity (yam casserole, Callaloo omelette). The variety kept us excited for each meal, and everything was beautifully presented. When I mentioned wanting to try soursop at the last minute, they somehow managed to find one for me. We would absolutely stay again.

Our stay at 360Palms Villa was wonderful! We rented the whole place (1 room upstairs and 2 downstairs). The view is amazing from ever corner and especially the two pools. There's a little pathway that will take you into town in 15min. We would definitely come again.

Gilles gave us a beautiful place with nice viewings and a kind of private beach. The ride took 2:30h our on jamaican streets, so we recommend not to land in the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also recommend to use a driver and not rent a car. The place was wonderful and totally private. The pool and the rooms were good. Missing AC but it was mentioned in the description so totally fine. When we entered the house, we mentioned, that it was a longer tine uninhabited. The initial clean up before arrival was missing, but that was definitely no show stopper. Gilles was always friendly and responsible. At the end, there was a little misunderstanding with the staff, if the service was included or not in the stay. We solve this with Gilles together. We as a family recommend this place for a calm and sunny stay. Thanks a lot.

Staying here was pure pleasure - the sound of the ocean waves, an amazing shaded gazebo space, helpful staff and a comfortable home. The pool is wonderful, long enough for laps. The food was divine - each meal Petrina made us was scrumptious. She is one of the best cooks I've ever met and a beautiful person. We felt well taken care of by all. I highly recommend staying at Villa de la Sable.

Had an amazing stay with one mom, three adult kids. I worked mostly with their property manager, who arranged a daily chef, a car & driver, housekeeper, stocked fridge and rides to/from MBJ. Both the manager and the owners helped us with a couple recommendations to narrow down good day trips. The owners are super responsive and very knowledgeable. They were even staying in Jamaica while we were there so we met them, and they were kind and friendly people. The view is stunning, everything was spotless, clean, easy location to get to Negril or South Coast, kitchen was well equipped with what we needed to cook at home for breakfasts and dinners (toaster, coffeemaker, cookware, utensils, etc). When the power cut once it popped right back on, the wifi worked great, ACs in the bedrooms were chilly and dehumidifying, fans everywhere, great cross breeze in the living room. Would gladly rent this house again or any other place from the owners.

We spent the second part of our trip at Shians house and WOW!! From the beginning it was truly an AMAZING experience. Shians house is stunning, it was spacious, clean, open, light and had everything we needed for our stay. We booked 4 rooms as we came with a few family members. Everybody had their own space but stayed with us as we had the bigger unit, so cooking and relaxing was done in our unit. Where the house is situated it gives a very private feel but still close to local amenities, there is a shop not too far down the road and right infront of the house is a bar and restaurant (owned and run by Shian and his family). The family are also very warm and welcoming. We were blown away by the hospitality we were shown. Shians brother Omar was absolutely amazing. There was nothing too hard for him and he really tended to our needs throughout our entire stay. Omar was always just a phonecall/message away to answer any questions, give directions and just to have a general chat with.
