Yunus was a wonderful host! always responsive and helpful! house is exactly as listed, wonderful stay!

This place was in a great location. There was easy access to various transportation, lots of restaurants and stores nearby. There was a wonderful breeze through the apartment. The only negative was the city was loud at night.

Amazing stay! Özlem is so friendly and welcoming and her house reflects that. Truly felt like we had our own place for a couple of days. Tons of cafes with great food nearby and nice hipster neighborhood.

I think it has a better view than what is shown. It is a duplex house, the view in the living room was also very beautiful, but the windows were a little dirty due to the wind. Fortunately, there was a glass balcony upstairs, I went up there and enjoyed the view.

Acun's apartment was really clean and well organised! It had everything we needed for an amazing visit to Turkey, in an incredible location. The sea front is 5 minutes walk away and there are tons of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Totally recommend staying here as an alternative to the much more touristy parts of Istanbul. Acun was really helpful and quick to respond. Great flat in a a great building in a great area. No more needed.

We stayed in Volkan’s place for 4 nights. Very nice apartment, specious, comfortable, clean and it had everything we needed. The neighbourhood (Erenköy) is lovely. The street the apartment is on is very walkable and has a lot of nice high quality cafes and it’s also very close to trendy Baghdat st. Volkan was quick to respond to any questions we had and he communicated in a perfect manner. Highly recommend!

We were actually given a different apartment/ house but just around the corner from one we had booked as there was a problem as previous guests had damaged the first one. Overall it worked out better for us as it didn’t have stairs to go upstairs etc and my friend who has trouble climbing stairs found this better for her. Check in was easy and instructions clear. Lovely place to stay and in walking distance to Moda sea front which is beautiful and lovely bars and restaurants and shops and ten mins walk to the ferries to the European side. We would come again! Hamdi is the best host I've ever seen, with his sincerity and interest. He took care of us immediately when we had the slightest problem or needed something. He did his best to make us enjoy the holiday. The house has everything you're looking for. It is comfortable and has a very good privacy. The balcony and the view are more beautiful than the photos. I definitely recommend this place to those who will have a holiday in Heybeliada. Get a rez without thinking.

Had a very nice stay, felt at home. The place is the same as in the pictures and the house has all the amenities. The location of the place was very central and I was able to easily get around. Mr. Hakan was extremely friendly and constantly tried to help with my needs. One of the places I would consider staying again.

6 stars out of 5:) The apartment is very tastefully furnished, has character with sweet details and meets all needs, you don't want to leave the house. The balcony and the view are amazing. Burcu is a very warm person and a good host. Cat Luna is a delight:)) The location is very central, so there was a little street noise during the holiday, but it didn't bother me:) Very close to many cafes, restaurants and markets, a big advantage. Heybeli may be the best! I plan to come again🫶🌸

It's a uniquely perfect apartment in terms of the house's decoration, location, price and amenities. In addition, our host, Mr. Erdem, is a polite and helpful host with whom you can communicate at any time. It's a location we'd like to stay in on our next trips. I recommend it to everyone.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful, peaceful area. Hamed was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back!

Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

This is a nice spot in Nişantaşı. Definitely a very safe part of Istanbul that will feel very comfortable for visitors, especially with 24 hour security in the building. The apartment is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a nice courtyard. It's as pictured, and Kerem is a great host, always quick to respond. It's great for one person for short stays.

Awsome apartment and location; we felt very comfortable; actually an absolute recommendation! Only one restriction or important note for all those who have a light sleep: on weekends there is acuh in the courtyard / back of the building a bar with live music - it can be about 1-2 clock therefore still realitv loud in the bedroom (but is good music ;-))
