The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! Mohamed war sehr freundlich und flexibel, kam extra zum Apartment und hat uns alles gezeigt. Bei Problemen war er sofort erreichbar. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer und über der Istmarina Mall wo es tolle Restaurants und Läden gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The apartment offers a perfect balance between price and quality. It’s fully equipped with everything you might need. The best part, however, is its location — within walking distance of all the main sights. It takes just about 5 minutes to reach the seafront, and the Kadıköy ferry station is a pleasant 15-minute walk through the stunning streets of this beautiful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend Demet and her apartment for a lovely holiday in the amazing Moda.

Apartment located in the heart of shopping area. Surprisingly, the area is quite private and quiet. Orhun assisted us on what transport to take from the airport and greet us at the apartment. Very responsive to all our queries. The apartment itself is very comfortable, with aircon and heater, microwave, oven, kettle and cooker hob, also washer and dryer. Bedroom is very spacious. Overall, it was pleasant and comfortable stay, lots of local restaurant and cafe around the apartment, 2 mins walk. Local shopping area is located just a street from the apartment. Thank you Orhun for the great accomodation.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, saubere und sichere Wohnung. Hande Su war stets erreichbar. Beschreibung passte zu dem was wir vorgefunden haben. Kann ich mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Appartamento fantastico, dalla vista mozzafiato, perfetto per un piccolo gruppo di amici. Tutto è andato molto bene. Ottima posizione per arrivare facilmente alla zona storica (tramite barca) ed esplorare la parte della città più vivace (quella Anatolica)

Ich bin Super zufrieden gewesen mit dieser Unterkunft. Berk ist auch sehr freundlich gewesen. Alles war super sauber und es wurde an alles gedacht sogar Shampoos und seife waren da Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren Schneeweiß sauber. Ich würde immer wieder gerne dort einchecken alles ist fußläufig erreichbar echt toll.

Nous étions un groupe de 3 couples avec un bébé d'un an, tout s'est très bien passé, l'appartement correspond bien aux descriptions, les espaces communs sont spacieux et l'appartement est bien équipé. L'environnement est très agréable, bien placé dans Kadiköy, à 15min de l'embarcadère. L'hôte nous a prêté un lit pour le bébé et la communication a été très fluide. Merci et nous recommandons !

Good accommodation overall, the bathroom might need some improvements, especially the shower. Good, safe and quiet neighborhood. Good communication.

Unser Aufenthalt war super…einziges Manko war die riesengroße Baustelle…was uns leider etwas eingeschränkt hat…da wir mit dem Kinderwagen unterwegs waren…

Dilek's place was modern and beautiful with many amenities and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing we found uncomfortable was that the smaller of the two bedrooms was hot and it did not have AC. The larger bedroom and the living room did have AC. We thought to open the window but the window faced the hallway inside the building. Overall it was a great modern apartment and we were happy with our decision to stay there. Dilek was easy to reach and responsive. thank you Dilek!

Lovely district with many good bars and restaurants. Very clean flat with comfortable bed and sofa in the living room. Great view from the roof terrace. A fantastic option in Cihangir district.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Istanbul dans cet appartement situé à Beyoğlu, à deux pas de la tour de Galata. L'appartement est très propre, récemment rénové, calme, et parfaitement équipé. Il dispose d’une chambre séparée avec un matelas très confortable, idéal pour bien se reposer après une journée de visite. L’hôte, Ram ou Karim, est extrêmement disponible et attentionné. Ils savent vraiment accueillir : eau en bouteille en quantité, papier toilette, tout est prévu, rien ne manque. La localisation est exceptionnelle : à 2 minutes de l’avenue Istiklal, la plus commerçante d’Istanbul, avec de nombreuses bonnes affaires (bien moins chères qu’à Paris !), tout en étant à l’écart du bruit. À proximité immédiate aussi du tunnel pour rejoindre le pont de Galata, du tramway pour accéder à la vieille ville, et à quelques minutes de Şişli. C’est, sans aucun doute, l’un des meilleurs emplacements pour découvrir Istanbul. Je recommande vivement ! Brunet Jean Claude et Isabelle Mai 2

She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.
