Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Maltepe

everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

I had a truly wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described ,clean, cozy, and in a nice location, but what made the experience exceptional was the host. The owner went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the moment I arrived, they were kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with recommendations and anything I needed. You can truly feel how much care and attention they put into making guests feel comfortable and at home. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I would gladly stay here again.

The town house is really amazing, we felt like home. There was everything we needed already provided by the host (water, milk, coffee, fruits, towels, shampo, condi, body wash, body lotion, hair dryer - you don‘t have to take anything with you). AC worked perfectly. Terrace is very nice to spent the mornings and evenings there. Kitchen and bathroom super clean and functional. The district we liked the most of the areas we visited during our stay. People are very open minded and you can find a lot of great shops and restaurants arround. Toa was always reachable and gave us a lot of nice recommendations for our 4 days stay. On the last day we had some troubles because of an nearby event, Tao organized everything so that we could reach the airport in time. We can 100% recommend to stay in this beautiful house and district. Tao was a perfect host, we are totally happy with our choice 😎

Great opportunity to get out of the city and relax.

This is by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in this neighborhood—and we’ve tried five others before! Our host, Zafer, was incredibly thoughtful, kind, and always responsive. The apartment has absolutely breathtaking views—our visiting friends were speechless when they saw them! The location is perfect: just a 5–8 minute walk to the Bosphorus, where you can enjoy fishing, running, walking, or simply soaking in the beauty of the water. There are fantastic breakfast, lunch, and dinner spots nearby, and a grocery store just 30 seconds away (they even deliver!). Our kids loved the place, and we felt right at home. We had an unforgettable time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

As seen in the photos, I am satisfied

The apartment was clean, stylish, and in a great location — exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. One thing to note: the air conditioning wasn't working properly during our visit, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times, especially during warmer parts of the day. Hopefully this can be fixed for future guests, as the apartment is otherwise a wonderful place to stay.

The house is wonderfully beautiful, you need to do your shopping before you come. The dirt road before you get home might scare you, but it's a short one. The house is spotless, from the barbecue area to the pool. It's a safe and beautiful place to stay. We had trouble with the market, we built a road 15 km closer for the butcher. Apart from that, everything was very nice

The house was clean and suitable for hosting large groups. We also had a very pleasant evening thanks to the location and the view. We thank the host for their courtesy and communication.

Great stay at this villa! Spacious and perfect for a big group, located in a quiet area for a relaxing getaway. Leon was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed our time here so much that I plan to come back with my family again. Highly recommend

The accommodation was exactly the same as in the photo. We had no problems with communication, our questions were answered immediately. The location was very convenient and safe. We received it clean and tidy. It's a really ideal place to relax, have fun and swim

The house was huge yet very comfortable. Everyone had their own private space as well as a perfectly appointed living room where all of us could congregate. The elevator was very much appreciated due to one of our family member’s mobility challenges. Deniz was always very quick to respond and shared multiple links for suggested local activities and the like. He is very nice and courteous. Getting to the metro, which we used every day, was a breeze. The local grocery stores sold all the basic products we needed and there are several very good neighborhood restaurants. We enjoyed our stay in Deniz’s home very much. Grazie, Deniz!

Celal was a great host and his place was very unique and in a great location. It was in the center of everything. I recommend staying at his place.
