Our house is in the countryside by lake Ringsjön in south Sweden. The place is ideal for couples or young families who enjoy the outdoors. You will instantly enjoy the comfortable living overlooking the beautiful lake Ringsjön. Our guesthouse is perfect as a holiday basecamp or perhaps as an overnight stay on your travels. We speak Swedish, English, Dutch as well as German fluently and are experienced travellers ourselves. Please beware that the house is a 1-room studio apartment. Welcome!

I den möblerade lägenheten finnes 2st enkelsängar, soffa samt garderob, tv med stort kanalutbud, trådlöst wi-fi. Lägenheten är pittoreskt och charmigt inredd för att uppnå en mysig hemkänsla. Huset ligger på gångavstånd till Malmö city och Emporia 5minuters promenad till Mobilias köpcentrum och Swedbank stadion.

The house is located in the village of Svarte which has a popular sandy beach. Svarte is easily reached by train or car from Malmö, Copenhagen, CPH Airport etc. The house offers all modern amenities, in a chilled out environment with great activities at your door step. The surroundings offer rolling fields, beach meadows, beautiful sandy beaches, castles, cozy villages, nice towns such as Ystad, Simrishamn etc. Nearby Österlen offers many nice excursions and activities.

Distancen walk to the metro station. Metro to the airport and city center 10 minutes Bike for rent around the metro station My apartment is for 2 people My apartment is not fit for babies. I am flexible with check-in and check-out time. No smoking inside the building and apartment.
