Holiday rentals with a patio in Malindi

Had an excellent stay, the place is close to amenities and the beach. It's value for money.

Wonderful host, nice place that Linda has there. The housekeeper Mary was quite helpful. We had a delay with our transport so Linda extended our check out time which was commendable. She's a good host. Will for sure visit again.

Silvias Apartment liegt in einer geschlossenen Anlage in Watamu, nah an einem der schönsten Strände in Watamu. Das Apartment ist großzügig ausgestattet mit sämtlichen Annehmlichkeiten, es fehlte an nichts. Sogar einen Wasserspender haben wir vorgefunden. Ein sehr komfortables Bett in dem man wirklich sehr gut schläft. Wir waren in der Nebensaison für 3 Tage hier, leider hat es an einem Tag geregnet, aber gibt einen riesigen Fernseher im Schlafzimmer, wir konnten es uns gemütlich machen. Alles im allen perfekt für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt in einer sehr guten Gegend im Watamu. Silvias Apartment wird immer wieder in unserer Wahl einbezogen wenn wirksam nächste Mal wieder in der Gegend sind.

This was the perfect location for our family with a toddler. Easy first floor walk out to pool and access to the beach. Comfortable AC in the bedrooms. Very nice bathrooms and convent kitchen for stay-in cooking. Looking forward to returning to Patrick’s first floor unit in the future!

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous and super spacious! The kitchen was well-equipped, everything was clean, and it was sooo comfortable. Since we had to work remotely, it was a perfect choice with two workspaces and fast internet. The location is about a 35-minute walk to the center, so it’s handy to have a local tuk-tuk contact as they’re not always around in front of the apartment. It’s not directly on the beach, but just a 10-minute walk away, which was totally fine for us. One thing that wasn’t mentioned in the description is that you have to pay separately for electricity. The whole communication about it was a bit confusing, and the housekeeper told us not to use the AC too much because it consumes a lot of electricity—when in reality, AC was one of the main reasons we booked the place. In the end, the host and housekeeper were very helpful in helping us recharge the electricity, but this could have been easily avoided if it was clearly explained in advance by the host.

Our stay at Azzurra's place was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The apartment itself was charming, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making us feel right at home, and the location is so close to the Watamu Mall where you can find an ATM, supermarket, nice coffee shop, and means of transportation to go around. The pool area was like a private oasis beautifully landscaped, impeccably maintained, and just the perfect temperature for a refreshing dip. Whether we were lounging poolside with a good book or taking a leisurely swim under the sun, every moment spent here felt like pure bliss Furthermore, Azzurra went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a cozy, centrally located retreat with thoughtful touches and a gracious host, look no further this is the place for you! We can't wait to return. Thank you Azzura

Erena was a wondeful host who assisted in all manners from pre booking to being around when we needed as well with ideas for what to do and planning meals. The place was lushes and green and so peaceful and loved the loveable furry friends being around which made it feel real homey. Really enjoy my stay and I will return for sure with more friends as it is big enough

The house is in a great location, close to the beach and many beachfront restaurants. The house is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay in this lovely home.

Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt in Prudence's Haus. Es ist ein modernes, neues, schönes Haus. Der Pool ist auch für Nachtschwimmer geeignet. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Tuk tuk ist man schnell im Zentrum von Malindi.

I was thrilled with my stay ! Tess has thought of absolutely everything to create a perfectly effortless holiday accommodation - lovely coastal style home with open air flowing through and lush greenery around. Every space tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Each room with privacy and its own patio! Great wifi so you can lounge poolside and get work done if needed:) Chef catering to your needs with fantastic food and really lovely home-style spaces for games, meals and organizing fun days! activities- Tess helped organize our days so we balanced activity and relaxation- helping to plan activities in the water and in Malindi for us based on what our group wanted to do/see. Going on a water safari was awesome- def. a must do! safety + security- never had a single concern. There are call boxes in every room though we never needed. staff was amazing. location - you can walk to the beach! made it so easy to move solo within the group for morning swims and beach walks!

Our stay at Daniela's place was great, the house and rooms are beautifully decorated and professionally cleaned by the staff everyday. We also enjoyed the large spacious garden, the friendly dogs and the pool for relaxing in. We were well taken care of by the chef and the rest of the staff who made our stay very comfortable and helped with everything we needed. The location is also decent with it not being far from restaurants and other attractions in Malindi town as well as the beach and beach restaurants. Overall, I'd say it's a good option if you're looking for a place to stay on holiday in Malindi.

L'appartement était exactement comme les photos. Un bijou au milieu de la forêt. Nous avons profité de la piscine, du calme du quartier, de la douceur de la vie. Tout était presque parfait. Le site est un peu loin des commodités et il faut réserver au moins 20min à l'avance si on veut sortir avec des ubers ou tuktuk. La route qui mène vers la villa est cabossée. Après, la villa est tellement agréable qu'on a pas besoin d'en sortir peut être. Le personnel était adorable et à l'écoute. Merci pour ce magnifique séjour

This is a great little spot close to a beach, nice views and good breeze, and also very accessible to all parts of Watamu. I especially loved the unit itself and the swimming pool - perfect craftsmanship. There are good restaurants in walking distance too as well as the shops at peponi plaza. Special shoutout to Antonio who was very responsive and accommodating through our stay. I would happily return.

Rita was an absolutely wonderful host. She allowed us to check in earlier since we were travelling from far. In fact , she was awake when we arrived early in the morning to usher us in. The house was clean, spacious and super beautiful. The surrounding were green and well maintained. The staff at the house were really helpful and the place felt very secure. We enjoyed our stay at this house. We enjoyed the food that was prepared for us by the host and the chill and relaxing atmosphere created for the guest. I would highly recommend this place and I will be back again soon. Thank you for making our stay in Watamu memorable.

Lovely appartment just in front of the beach and close to all amenities. Very good communication with Alessandro who was always prompt to responding to queries. The A/C in the room was much appreciated! The nearby hôtels are a bit noisy over the week end. Overall a very pleasant experience!

We greatly enjoyed or stay at Isigi's Le Pleiadi Maia. A beautiful condo with everyyhing you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Isigi is an excellent host. The staff at Le Pleiadi Maia is top notch. Besides being hard woring they are also very firendly and engaging. The grounds, garden and pool at Le Pleiadi Maia are immaculate. The morning breakfast provided is something to look forward to every day. Le Pleiadi Maia is located close to shopping, dining and numerous beach locations. Our week stay at Le Pleiadi Maia went by too fast and we are already looking to return again for another stay. Definitely 5 plus stars!

Susan’s place is a true gem. The beds were comfortable, always hot water and power, well equipped kitchen and a gorgeous pool and patio. Even niceties I dint expect like security cameras, house cleaning and a quality washing machine. You have all you need to live there autonomously. Next door is a great pizza place w vegan pizza and cocktails! Notes for families: the beach that is directly outside of Susan’s compound is not family friendly nor good for swimming (trash and khat chewers). But the cleaner swim able beach is just a 8 min Tuk Tuk ride away. Worth the distance to have such a gorgeous condo! The pool was shallow enough for my 5 yo to stand w her head above water but a short child or a younger child couldn’t stand. There is no “kiddie pool”

Milkah's place was a great beautiful and clean house. She allowed an early check-in. She provided soap and complimentary water ++ for the Malindi heat. She was always available on call and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend her house.

We had such a fantastic time at Ghepard. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, as was the owner, and the property itself is absolutely stunning - both the apartment and the pool area. The place is a slice of heaven and we will definitely return given the chance.

By far one of the most responsive hosts I've encountered. I booked late, but host responded super fast, communication & instructions from the host was clear & excellent. I was able to find the place easily & check in was smooth. The apartment was clean, and exactly as described.
