Beautiful home, right near the beach and so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. David was always very quick to respond to any questions we had!

Eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft! Die Wohnung bietet einen traumhaften Blick über das Meer und sorgt für absolute Entspannung. Nach einem atemberaubenden Sonnenaufgang haben wir auf der Terrasse die Ruhe genossen, dem Meeresrauschen gelauscht und gelesen. Der nahegelegene Strand ist ideal für einen entspannten Nachmittag. Tossa de Mar ist nur 15 Minuten entfernt und begeistert mit seiner charmanten Altstadt. Dort haben wir eingekauft, in der Wohnung gekocht und den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen. André, der Gastgeber, war äußerst herzlich und hat uns die Wohnung ausführlich gezeigt. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft jedem weiter!

Het fijne appartement was ruim en schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er was een vaatwasser, een wasmachine en goede wifi. Ook de airco was een fijne bijkomstigheid! Het balkon was groot en fijn om te zitten. Zwembad bij het appartement was lekker rustig en na een stranddag gaf het heerlijke verkoeling. Zwemmen kan van 's ochtends vroeg tot 's avonds laat en zwemanden of luchtbedden geen probleem. Alle bezoekers respecteren elkaars ruimte en privacy. Santa Susanna en Magrat de Mar zijn leuke stadjes, wel heel druk qua muziek, jongeren, Neon lichten en straat amusement. (Nederlanders genoeg!) Jammer genoeg was er wel veel afval op straat... Een erg leuk stadje op en half uur rijden is Tossa de Mar. Barcelona kan met de trein in een uurtje, maar was voor ons wat te warm. Alles bij elkaar genomen en heerlijk verblijf aan de Costa Brava. Vanaf deze plek kan je alle kanten op ( nabij trein) en hoef je je niet te vervelen. Sabine reageert op alles heel snel!

Ana est très accueillante et sympathique. Malgré la barrière de la langue (je comprends l'espagnol mais j'ai du mal à le parler), nous nous sommes très bien compris. 😊 Appartement bien arrangé et propre, salle de bain très bien rénovée. Vue sur la mer toute proche. Résidence très bien sécurisée au coeur d'un quartier rempli de boutiques et restaurants. Je recommande grandement cet appartement, idéal pour 2, tout à fait acceptable à 4 sur une courte durée. Le parking peut être un peu compliqué le soir lorsque tout le monde est déjà rentré, mais ce n'est pas un réel problème. Si vous souhaitez passer un agréable séjour en bord de mer, c'est la bonne adresse.

Logement impeccable fidèle à la description, parfaitement situé, terrasse ensoleillée et vraiment proche de la plage. Santiago et Lamia sont réactifs et donnent des instructions utiles. Je recommande vivement !

We enjoyed the absolutely stunning views from the balcony, the easy-to-use kitchen, and having everything we needed – from a deck of playing cards to a broom for sweeping up. It's a super relaxing place to spend time with family and friends. Something to be aware of: you can hear the people next door through the walls... the ones staying there when we were there were quite noisy. I'd bring earplugs next time.

We had the most pleasant 3 day stay in Platja d Aro! The studio boasts an amazing view and all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay in a quaint beach town. Marcella was amazing from the start. She shared the best walking paths, places to visit and eat. From her location we easily visited the beautiful Cadaques & Girona as well as the Dali House and Castle. Highly recommended place to stay!

Appartement avec belle terrasse située à deux pas de la plage. Très agréable et bien équipée les lits sont confortables, la salle de bain fonctionnelle. L'emplacement de la maison propose tous à proximité, restaurant sympa, supermarchés, bars etc. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la disponibilité et la flexibilité de Cristhian. Nous avons passé un moment formidable !

L'appartement est conforme à sa description. Nous avons apprécié la flexibilité de l' heure d'arrivée. Malheureusement notre séjour était trop court pour apprécier la station. Un grand merci à Davinia pour son accueil et sa disponibilité, ainsi que Lucrecia pour son professionnalisme en tant que hôte, tout est dit, préparé et bien noté. Je recommande ce logement avec plaisir

The view from the villa was truly amazing. Really well equipped villa for a larger group as well, but do note that the fourth bedroom is actually the living room. Luckily that room was really big so the extra beds fit there well. Sylvia was a great host and offered help and flexibility when we needed it.

Très belle vue de l'appartement, l'environnement nous a moins plu, surtout en cette saison où beaucoup de commerces étaient fermés. Communication parfaite.

Wir haben wunderschöne und erholsame Tage in Iváns Wohnung und Pineda de Mar verbracht. Iván ist ein großartiger Gastgeber. Sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und kompetent. Am Anreisetag war er da, hat uns alles gezeigt, erklärt und Tipps gegeben. In seinem Buch gibt es viele Informationen. Er ist gut erreichbar und antwortet schnell. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos. Es gibt alles was man braucht, die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Alles sauber und schön. Man ist schnell am Strand/Pool und es gibt Supermärkte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. ( kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nähe) Das allerschönste ist jedoch die Aussicht auf das Meer. Wir haben den Ausblick und das Meeresrauschen sehr genossen. Herrlich! Vielen Dank nochmals Iván und wir kommen gerne wieder!

De accomodatie is eenvoudig ingericht maar alles is aanwezig. Wat het fantastisch maakt is het uitzicht, het zwembad en de rustige omgeving. Helaas heel veel muggen die ook overdag actief zijn. Je moet wel van dieren houden want Maya de hond en Curioso de kat komen regelmatig een kijkje nemen.

Wunderschöne Villa mit super Ausblick. Der Außenbereich mit Küche und großen Pool hat uns besonders gefallen. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 7min erreichbar und ist ebenfalls wunderschön. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nous avons été accueilli pr Francisco qui avait fait le déplacement. Il a pris le temps nécessaire pour nous expliquer le fonctionnement des accessoires et nous indiquer les endroits à proximité. Que ce soit les restaurants, mais également les places de jeux, les services d’urgence, etc… L’appartement correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos. Il se situe au 4eme en front de mer avec une vue magnifique. Les 3 chambres sont parfaites pour un couple avec 3 enfants et les 2 WC/Douche séparés sont également un plus. La cuisine est totalement équipée et il y a du chauffage dans tout l’appartement si vous décidez d’y aller au printemps et/ou en automne. Il y a aussi un parking souterrain fermé et cela n’est pas négligeable car il n’y a pas souvent des places de parking de libre dans la rue. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et l’appartement que nous avons loué. Nous le recommandons volontiers.

Alojamiento ideal para unas vacaciones en familia. Buena ubicación. Apartamento limpio, cuenta con todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Recomendado.

mooi schoon appartement een aanrader! dichtbij het strand, centrum en treinstation . bij het strand kan je catamarans, surfplanken huren. Pineda ligt heel centraal dichtbij Girona en Barcelona.

From the moment I enquired regarding our stay, Alexey was very quick to respond and answered all my questions thoroughly - The appartment was exactly as discribbed and I would 100% recommend staying here - its over looking the beutiful beach and only a few minutes walk to the nearest resatraunts - Thanks Alexey for being so welcoming!

Una estada immillorable! Hem tingut una estada fantàstica i no podem estar més contents. L’Anna ha estat molt amable i atenta en tot moment, fent que ens sentíssim com a casa des del primer dia. Volem posar en valor i agrair enormement la flexibilitat mostrada tant a l’arribada com a la sortida. Tot han estat facilitats. L’apartament té tot el necessari per una estada agradable: ben equipat, còmode i molt acollidor. La ubicació és ideal, al centre de Calella, cosa que facilita molt el poder gaudir del poble amb tranquil·litat: restaurants, botigues, descobrir racons bonics o baixar caminant fins a la platja. Però, sense dubte, el que més ens ha enamorat són les vistes al mar: realment espectaculars i immillorables. Aixecar-se i veure el mar cada dia no té preu! Tornarem segur!
