Welcome to the Barcelona Beach Home! Enjoy this 3 floors house with rooftop terrace, located in the heart of the city, just 1min walking from the beach. This historical property is one of the few remaining characteristic houses in the vibrant neighborhood of Barceloneta. It's fully equipped to make your stay comfortable and charming. The location is ideal: it's in the city center and close to all public transports. I grew up in Barcelona and I'll be more than happy give you tips or advices.

Full-equipped house in Begur on a 10 minute walking distance to the beach. Close access to the Camí de Ronda (GR-92), that takes you along fabulous beaches and breathtaking sea views. Cosy and comfortable, the house has a spacious and bright living room, a full-equipped kitchen and a very wide terrace overlooking Cala s'Aixugador and where you can enjoy unforgettable moments. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is access to a shared infinite pool and a paddle tennis court.

The Duplex. Just 30 meters to the sea. Fantastic view of the Ses Negres Marine Reserve, the rocky beach is a 2-min walk away. Fully conditioned/heated. 3 bedrooms (double beds), 2 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace and a sofa, an equipped kitchen combined with a dining room. A backyard and 2 terraces with magnificent views of the sunrise over the sea and the sound of waves. BBQ party with sea breeze. House swimming pool, garage. Easels for creativity. Garage-no problems with parking.

The house is in a privileged spot, where you get up in the morning and the first you see the blue sky and the sea, surrounded by 1000m2 of garden, spend the day, ideal for a relaxing holiday isolated from the environment From the Paseo Marítimo, but 2 minutes walking from it, full of shops and restaurants. My accommodation is perfect for couples, families and people who appreciate what it's like to live within walking distance of the beach.

Sant Pol de Mar Beach House

The Mediterranean style white beach house in front of the sea 3 min walking to the beach with access to the swimming pools. At the house there are 3 bedrooms (2 double beds bedroom (two bedroom of double beds, one of it has a Seaview and private bathroom, 3th bedroom has 2 single beds). Living room with amazing view of the sea and terrace, two bathrooms, fully equipped Kitchen , dinning room, office, small garden.

A simple and well-equipped house in an elegant coastal villa near Barcelona. Next to the beach and the train station. It has two floors and a beautiful terrace with views facing the sea, a kitchen-office, a living-dining room, two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, two bathrooms, and a guest toilet. There are stairs: not suitable for people with reduced mobility in a wheelchair.

Beautiful and elegant Mediterranean style house with wonderful sea views. Ideal to enjoy a few days at the beach and the proximity of Barcelona. If you come by car, it has a parking space (maximum height 1.80 m) and if not, there is a train station 100 meters away that connects with the center of Barcelona in 20 minutes.
