Peaceful and in a good location. On the ground floor of a detached house (we live above, no evening possible), a quiet street, fully independent accommodation, a 10-minute walk to the city center, a 15-minute walk to the SNCF train station. 2 bakeries, Butcher, Tobacco Press, Pharmacy and Supermarket a 2-minute walk away. Recently restored, parking right in front of the house, independent entrance, terrace with table and chairs. (Smart TV, C+, C+ sport, Tassimo). SYSTEMATIC CLEANING BEFORE ARRIVAL!!

Ideally located, amenities, park, cinema, stadium, shops, restaurants and city center within walking distance allowing you to fully enjoy a stay in Briviste in a quiet area. this pleasant and bright accommodation is located on the 4th and top floor of the residence with elevator and has a small terrace.
