Brand new apartment, very complete and in an excellent location.

It is a new building and apartment, with a modern style and all amenities. Everything is always clean. I personally liked the location, but it's worth remembering that it's in Maldonado and not downtown Punta del Este. I'd definitely come back.

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and has a beautiful view. The location is excellent. You have everything you need to spend a very good stay. Communication with Nicolas was always smooth and friendly. We'll be back for sure!

It has three single beds with sheets and blankets for all, they are separated into two rooms, but without a dividing door. It has a very large balcony. the hot water worked very well, everything was tidy. Access is very easy because you pick up and leave the key at the 24-hour reception, so it is not necessary to coordinate arrival time.

Excellent location 2 blocks from the beach and 3 from La Pastora shopping mall (which has it all). The place is super quiet and parking the van does anyone. Cleanliness is another point to highlight, everything is clean and very tasteful. At night the stove gives you a warmth that you want to stay one more night. 10 points everything! Our stay was excellent, we had a spectacular weekend! between nature and the comforts of the house, we really enjoyed it. I recommend 100%. Jissel excellent host, answered us right away and was very helpful.

We had an exceptional stay at Santi's house near Santa Mónica. The house is a few steps from a super-quiet beach, so perfect for families and groups seeking a serene getaway. The house has everything you need for a beach holiday (eg, chairs, umbrellas etc). It's quiet/private, but still only a 10 minute drive to Jose Ignacio or 25 mins to La Barra. But the highlight of our experience was Santi, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay, and answered in seconds when we needed anything. We'll stay again. Thank you!

Our stay was very good. The house really beautiful as seen in the photos. There are two modules on one side is the kitchen and living room and in the other space are the rooms, bathrooms and the laundry room. In the middle is the terrace with the grill and the pool. The pool for afternoons is ideal. All the spaces are very comfortable, we were two families and we managed to share when we wanted to share and have privacy when we wanted privacy. It's on the beachfront, absolute comfort. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, paradores and supermarkets. It is also super equipped. Nothing is missing. The only thing is that it does not have WI-FI. We look forward to returning soon.

We loved our stay at Anne's place. It's perfect for two couples since it has two bathrooms. We loved that there are two patios, one for the morning coffee and asado, and the other for evening cocktails and watching the stars. Highly recommended!

Divina la casa, as seen in the photos! The spectacular view. The quiet re neighborhood. There is a supermarket close by that has everything! As a suggestion we told the host to leave toilet paper for the day of entry and reviewers in the kitchen for the stay, the rest ok. It would be nice if it included linens and towels but that is advised from the start. Thank you for everything

The apartment is as they offer in the publication, ideal for what we are going to enjoy the beach and very well equipped. Excellent location crossing the boardwalk you are in La Brava and close to downtown and La Mansa. Adriana is always attentive and decisive to inquiries or needs. We were very happy and will be back. Very nice apt, within the Complex that stands out for its services. Barbara is very friendly, with a lot of initiative of recommendations and to facilitate everything!

Estadia was great. Spectacular view. Affectionate reception, with lit and aromatic candles. What we need, was answered promptly. Useful information is that there is no hair dryer, local voltage is 220v. But other utensils have all, super complete kitchen. It has ironing facilities and bed linen. We felt at home.

We spent almost a month in this beautiful apartment, where we felt at home. The location, steps from the sea and in one of the most beautiful areas of Punta del Este, is fabulous. Lelio was very kind and Wilton, the manager, was extremely warm and decisive. Ester, the lady who cleaned the apartment, was also very attentive.
