Holiday rentals with a patio in Maldonado Department

We had an amazing time with my family. The apartment is very comfortable with a spectacular view, very complete and clean! We used the pool that was very hot! The concierges are very attentive and very well treated! We would definitely choose this place again!

The apartment is exactly as described and as in the pictures. The location is excellent, not needing the car for virtually nothing. The bed is very comfortable, the bath is good, the kitchen is complete and the garden is a very cool differential, great for a parrilla, breakfast or just another outdoor living room. Anali is Marcelo's service is always very responsive and attentive.

Divine apartment, as shown in the photos and in the description, located in an unbeatable environment. Very well equipped, clean and with excellent linen. Gonzalo was very kind, he responded super quickly to all inquiries and since there were no other guests on the day of our departure, he allowed us to do a late check out. Highly recommended!

Excellent location 2 blocks from the beach and 3 from La Pastora shopping mall (which has it all). The place is super quiet and parking the van does anyone. Cleanliness is another point to highlight, everything is clean and very tasteful. At night the stove gives you a warmth that you want to stay one more night. 10 points everything! The house was absolutely stunning! Paula was an amazing host—responsive, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful old trees that gave it privacy and charm. The home itself was spacious with a wonderful open-concept layout. One of our favorite features was the kitchen dining area, where the large sliding doors opened up to the outdoor patio and pool area—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The backyard ofcourse was the star. The house had a few quirks, as homes sometimes do, but Paula was quick to answer any questions and made everything easy. My family loved our time there and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip down to UY!

The experience of staying at Nicolas' property was excellent. The photos are just like the house, everything very neat, details taken care of to the maximum. Nicolás is an excellent host, responding quickly, making the stay easier. The environment is very cozy, the house has everything you need to spend a very pleasant few days. Pablo's house is literally SPOTLESS, the photos of the house look nice, but to live it is even better! Both Pablo their owner, and Paola, are wonderful hosts, always attentive to inquiries, very helpful, flexible at check-in. Magazine decorated, with the luxury of a 5-star hotel but with the warmth of a home. Equipped with everything new, spacious, comfortable, clean, neat, with everything you need for your stay and top notch. The huge grill, with firewood to make asado right away and enjoy the cosy garden outdoors. The place is quiet, with permanent security and with the practicality of having in front of one of the best beaches of Arenas de José Ignacio. Kids club 50 meters from the house, with games of Plaza, Tyrolean, Football Canchita, and very nice pool. An immense pleasure as Pablo and Paola received us, thank you totally to both for your hospitality! A house to return whenever we go to José Ignacio, 100% recommended!!

Despite going in winter, the house is super enjoyable and very comfortable, all enclosed, ideal for pets. Very complete. Both Laura and Aida are great and helpful. Both the house itself and the owners are 100% recommendable

Excellent views. Very comfortable house, with everything you need and excellent equipment. It is located in a very quiet area. It has almost no neighbors and that gives a lot of privacy. At the same time, it is 10-15’ from downtown if they are in car. I recommend and will be back! Thank you for everything, Martin!

We had the joy of staying in the Cabaña de Anahí. While it was just two days, we are sure the minutes had more than sixty seconds. Time stopped to rest, relax, and connect with nature. The cabin is very well organized, it has everything we need. We enjoyed the grill tree and the barbecue area, and really enjoyed the experience of the Tina Nordic which was something wonderful, the mixing of the hot water with the cold autumn night. Anahí prepared everything for us! I could highlight more things such as Anahí's kindness and hospitality and disposition but I prefer to recommend that they DO not stop trying their delights. We chose a Brunch that was crazy, many rich and plentiful things for breakfast/lunch and even snack because it was toooo!!! Thank you for everything Anahí, we will definitely be back!!
