Holiday rentals with lake access in Maldonado Department

Beautiful place, the beautiful house, very comfortable and has everything you need to spend a stay list, as a suggestion we told you that with air conditioning it would be more than complete! Because we were just with the heat wave and we need the air for the peak hours that on the beach you can't be, anyway it has very powerful fans, but with an air I think it would be perfect! The cleanliness is super well and La Paz that reigns in the place is incredible, highly recommended! Hopefully we will be back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Martín's house at Solanas Complex. It is very comfortable and perfectly cared for. We'd love to come back!

Communication and treatment with Soledad and Rafael was excellent from the first moment. Rafael was an excellent host, always willing to help. The area and house are very enjoyable and has a very wooded and fenced garden which made it very safe for my pet. It was a pleasure staying in the house, we will be back!

This is the second time we have stayed in the house. It's divine, super comfortable as shown in the pictures. We recommend it and would definitely choose again. The surroundings, the comfort, cleanliness, etc. everything perfect!!

The house is just like the photos, comfortable and super complete, the kitchen with everything you need, the grill with its bacha apart bárbara. The quiet atmosphere, the surrounding grounds are not occupied so there is privacy

We stayed for a week and had a great time. Cozy little house, impeccable cleanliness, very well equipped kitchen, good shower. High performance air conditioner and wood fire heater. Outside has enjoyable recreation areas like the grillero side porch, a stove, and heated pool. There is privacy from the street, and it is very close to the supermarket and walking distance from the beach. The accommodation is highly recommended and I highlight Nancy's kindness, very willing and attentive to details.

Very good host, attentive to all the details. Always responds quickly and is available to help with whatever is needed. Highly recommended!

It is a new building and apartment, with a modern style and all amenities. Everything is always clean. I personally liked the location, but it's worth remembering that it's in Maldonado and not downtown Punta del Este. I'd definitely come back.

Excellent place. Solanas is an incredible complex and the lodging in the apto has been wonderful. Just like the photos. A quiet place to enjoy. It has a very nice patio for children.

We love the place, the welcome, the attentions, everything!. Margaret welcomed us as if it were family members, very attentive and thoughtful. The casita has everything you need (and even what you think you don't need). The barbecue space is very good and the place is very quiet, to be relaxed and connect with nature. We'll be back without hesitation.

Totally recommendable 100%, The host is always attentive to any questions or needs, the house is huge with all amenities, pool table, kitchen with its implements, even condiments there. There are clean towels in the two bathrooms, bedding, blankets all over the place, a huge stove, it also has board games. BBQ grill to which you enter by the house itself, huge grillero as for 1 large lamb. Fridge in the kitchen and two on the barbecue, pool overlooking the mountains to enjoy an excellent rural environment. Beautiful sunrises with the noise of birds. If in doubt whether to rent or not read this review, for the price that is paid has all the comforts. If your idea is to rest in a quiet place with all the comforts of a large house with a pool and barbecue, this is the place. Immense terrain with two arches soccer field, all lawn mowed. If they are thinking of staying in the room I warn them, I warn them, they will not want to leave. The most incredible photos they seem don't do justice to the experience of what we live in the week of tourism. Hiking and being able to climb the hill, have breakfast looking at the saws of the snails, the refreshing bathrooms in the organic pool, the hot tub under the stars, the mimics of the donkeys who came to say hello to us. The facilities are great for 8 people, the house worked perfectly, the stoves would pull well and warm the house very quickly, the mattresses very comfortable as well as the pillows. The shower worked great. The house has a sustainable hang, so much so that being 8 people we only generate a medium bag of waste. One of the most rewarding experiences to be able to rest and connect with everything real. To the host Marcelo there are no words for how good the communication, the treatment and the piques were. We will be back!

Honestly, the house is wonderful!! It far exceeded our expectations, we will definitely be back! The house is beautiful, it has a stove that is unparalleled, a large and beautiful patio to enjoy. The area is very quiet and has landscapes that they fall in love. Lore was always very attentive to everything and was very kind!!! We recommend 100 and we are very grateful for everything!

Very good location, the view to the mountains is impressive! the place is very quiet. The pool was excellent and was very enjoyed as a family. The house is comfortable and just like the photos. There is another house nearby on the property but it was not complicated in terms of privacy. We'll take it into account for a future visit!
