Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Malcesine

La Grotta was the perfect location to celebrate our anniversary. It was quiet, romantic, and beautiful. It is close to Verona so, if you choose, you can go into the city. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return.

First of all a HUGE thank you to the Hosts for their investment in making sure my husband and I were comfortable and looked after. From the welcome breakfast and snacks in the fridge to the communication each day to ensure we were ok to my birthday well wishes. What great hosts. We appreciate you. The accommodation was spotless and I did not want to leave. From I can walk on the floor with bare feet you know it’s clean. The place had a sweet smell throughout. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and bathroom we did not need to bring towels or shower gel. The area was peaceful and had shops near by where we could get anything we needed also restaurants were nearby. We will definitely visit again. Thank you Pietro and Francesca.

Beautiful apartment attached to the main house but very private , you have you own little patio area to sit outside that’s not overlooked by anyone . The apartment is immaculate and lots of nice little touches , lots of provisions provided including toilet pater , shower gel , washing up liquid etc. There are 2 restaurants within 5 minutes walk , we only ate at the one up the hill and the food was amazing and reasonably priced . Our 2 dogs loved the freedom of the secluded countryside and the geese that lived there were securely fenced off . You can hear the noise from the adjoining house but if you have quiet neighbours it’s not a problem .

Andrea’s place was wonderful. Nice walk to the heart of Verona, but the apartment (basically a house) is very spacious with much appreciated parking. Arrive and leave the car to explore the wonderful city of Verona!!! Highly recommend.

The accommodation is an absolute dream, so idyllic and with real Italian flair!! It was very difficult for us to leave again, a real Airbnb gem! Thank you Gianpiera!!

As noted by other reviewers, the photos do not do this airbnb justice. The building is much more architecturally interesting then I was expecting and its simply huge. Very comfortable space. The view is also breathtaking and ever changing. Host very helpful and kind. As noted by previous reviewers: - tricky drive into the accom, there is a skinny arch to go through but our old Range Rover Evoque was fine, then a steep hill up to the drive - steep steep hill between the accomm and the little village so if elderly/infirm do take great care - but absolutely worth it for the views, unavoidable in the mountains - the wifi on the TV was a little dodge but we were able to watch what we wanted with a couple of pauses to load Very good for dogs - host kindly closes off a part of the enormous outdoor space so we could relax with our dog off lead.

10/10 Communication: Lorena was great. Nothing to add. 10/10 Arriving to the location: there was a tricky turn, but Lorena organized someone to meet us on the road and show us the way. 10/10 Suroundings: small town, with limited places to eat out. Great views, terrace, swings, waterfall near by. Everything was as we espected or better :)

Even though we were only there for two nights, we liked it very much. Everything super well equipped and good quality. fantastic view of Lake Garda.

Great stay at Pasqualina’s place, 100% recommended! Clean, calm and cozy place to stay and relax. Pasqualina was very nice host, always smiling and ready to help. As a bonus you will get superb view on Garda lake.

Great accommodation but not much privacy with the other parties but nice pool and good view Difficult to reach for people who are in Italy for the first time

The apartment was clean and everything you need on vacation was available. The contact with the landlady is always possible and friendly. The children liked the private pool the best, which was quickly cleaned again after a night storm. We were often alone there, vacationers from four apartments can swim there.

The house was so great that we actually canceled a couple of excursions just to stay in! We are a family with kids ranging from 7 to 14, and we also have 2 dogs. We had so much room to be together when we wanted and individual spaces when we didn't. If you think the pics in the listing are nice, just wait until you see the view, house, and land in person! The panoramic view is even more scenic. The house is even larger with every corner holding something beautiful or interesting to look at, and every inch of the garden offers a little something different. The kids were in the pool every single day. When we did head away from the house, almost everything we needed or wanted was 15-30 minutes away. Rosanna was just as charming and generous as the house, checking in and making sure we didn't need anything. We loved it and just wish we could have stayed longer.

What a beautiful apartment in Malcesine with views of the mountain and lake. We were given a recommendation to try the restaurant Rossovivo right down the street on the lake which turned out to be one of our favorite meals we had during our two week tour of northern Italy. The outdoor metal stairs up to the apartment are a little steep and can get slippery during rainy season but that was pointed out to us and we made sure we were careful. So peaceful and breathtaking and the hot tub was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay in the apartment. It was perfectly walkable from Malcesine (approx 15-20 minutes) and the views from the apartment and terrace were absolutely stunning. We stayed for two days and wandered around Malcesine and took a boat trip to Limone sul de Garda on the first day, then hired bikes to go approx 15km along the beautiful cycle path towards the south end of Lake Garda on day two. The rooms in the apartment were basic but very comfortable and clean. Our only complaint was that the shower screen was missing so we had to hold the shower head and direct it carefully so as not to soak the whole bathroom. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Stefanias apartment is simply stunning. The private jetty to the lake and the view was fantastic. Apartment was clean and Stefania helped with advice on local activities. The village is walkable along the lake and the cable car to Mount Baldo was a highlight. The Don Pedro restaurant in the village does amazing pizza! Would absolutely stay again!!

We had a wonderful time in the cottage. The view of Lake Garda is priceless. We had a lot of peace to relax and yet we were quickly in the middle of the action of Malcesine. To get to the apartment, you have to climb a small hill. Our children (9, 12) have done this effortlessly several times a day. The small pool was ideal for cooling off.

Tommaso and his wife are two real professionals both in this job and in their professions. The nature of the location alone does the rest. I only recommend equipping the house with some yoga mats like those of the decathlon and a kind of soft armchair large or small sofa for two. Experience to recommend

We spent five nights at Diambra and Ivan's in a truly extraordinary villa. Even when entering through the gate, we were absolutely thrilled by the sight of this beautiful accommodation. Diambra warmly welcomed us with her charming manner and explained and showed us everything in detail. We also had very good communication with the two in the run-up to the trip. Staying in the villa is a beautiful experience that you don't have every day. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet in the garden after the daily excursions. The service from the hosts was also absolutely perfect. Every day there was cake, fresh fruit, yogurt and milk. We also enjoyed a "big breakfast" that really left nothing to be desired! All around, we can only warmly recommend the accommodation in the fantastic area of Valpolicella. We'll definitely come back there.

Tremendous location, extremely stylish, very airy and bright with spectacular views. Hotel amenities were also included and engaging staff and positive vibe everywhere. Every detail has been thought through. Beautiful beach and lounge areas. Could not imagine a nicer experience in the area! Thank you and we will be back!
