House holiday rentals in Malang

Villa MKV was very memorable for all of us. My family and I and family friends vacationed in Batu, Malang from May 29 to May 31, 2025, and we stayed at MKV. When we arrived at this villa, we were very satisfied with the room and facilities. Even when we only spent time at the villa, it was very enjoyable. We and the children could swim and play, barbecue, karaoke, watch Netflix together, and chat by the pool. The surrounding is very beautiful, if you go up to the rooftop in the morning you can see a beautiful sunrise, and in the opposite direction there is a view of the mountains. It's really amazing and fun. Megawati as the host is also very responsive, friendly and kind. When checking out, we had car problems and she was very sympathetic to us and fortunately the problem was quickly resolved. Thank you Mega, may God bless you.

Excellent choice for convenience. Walkable distance to Lippo Mall located in a core area. Me and my family spent the our time enjoying ourselves in the house with karaoke, pool and BBQ. Has excellent taste in making karaoke more alive. The neighborhood also chill and pleasant to eyes.

For me, this place is almost perfect. The place is cozy, private, and clean. There are only a few notes that you may need to pay attention to. 1. The distance between the car parking and the front door requires a short walk, about 1-2 minutes. Short but quite troublesome if you bring a suitcase or a lot of stuff. Luckily, the host was helpful enough to bring the items we brought 2. You are only given 1 key, which is the front door key/main key. There are no other locks on other doors, such as bedroom doors, bathroom doors, etc. For those of you who travel with family, it may not be too much of a problem. In addition, your privacy may be reduced

The host is super duper nice, friendly, and responsive. Complete amenities. Complete kitchen equipment ranging from glasses, plates, bowls, spoons, to pots, rice cookers, kettles. Free snacks, instant noodles, sugar, tea etc. It's really comfortable to feel like you're in a star hotel. Strategic location. There is a place to hang out in front of the villa or in the side garden, for those who have kids, they will definitely be happy because there is a swing in the garden. If I go to Batu, I'll definitely stay at the monochrome villa again. Thank you for the hospitality 😍🥰

Alhamdulillah......The place is easy to reach, Check In is easy....The house is clean, without dust, there is a prayer room and prayer equipment is available, bedspreads...blankets and pillowcases are clean and fragrant, no mold smell at all, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean with plenty of clear water, complete cooking equipment, mineral water is also available.... bring the group to the dance competition in Malang, everyone feels satisfied and can rest comfortably. Stayed here because we planned a trip to Bromo. Luckily, the location is on the way to the jeep basecamp! However, unfortunately, there’s only one air-conditioned room, and there’s only one fan. The sitting toilet is available in just one bathroom. Other than that, everything was great!

This place is suitable for relaxing after work in the office. Or stop for sightseeing in Batu or Malang. Or also for parents to attend graduation or preparation for entering KAMPUS MALANG. Complete cooking and eating utensils, Clean tools are provided, vacuum, etc. Bathroom, clean bedroom (already vacuumed), equipped with blankets and fans in each room, no need for air conditioning because the air is cold:) Spacious and clean kitchen, and the toilet can be sat on plus there is a handle suitable for the elderly or squatting Children are also provided with a water pool so they don't get bored and also bean bags and swings, plus firewood. There's a water heater in the bathroom, because it's cold in here. Spacious car parking can fit 2-3 small cars, the owner is the Best, very friendly and responsive, God willing we highly recommend this place to relatives and friends who want to go to Malang

From check-in to check-out, everything is js smooth. all the amenities and basic needs is prepared by Jasmine. The house is very suitable for 5 people and comfortable. Definitely worth my money and deserved 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! Few tips for future customers planning to stay here, make sure to have your own transport to get around easier. And also the house is a bit lacking with mirror, would be good if you have pocket mirror in standby.
