Anio Residence, a Coastal Retreat with Sea View Terrace

Discover a Mediterranean themed escape at this rustic designed modern home. The holiday retreat features wood furnishings and decor, blue hues throughout, contrasting motifs, and access to a communal garden with a BBQ. Just at the outskirts of the pretty hamlet of Svoronata, with views of Zante, the Ionian Sea and surrounding countryside, this charming, 50 sqm, 1st-floor residence, enjoys a tranquil location, very close to the airport, but quiet and perfect for a relaxing, romantic holiday for two or three. Sitting in an elevated position, it dominates splendid views from its' spacious terrace The private terrace of 45 sqm, located just in front of the apartment and the lovely garden underneath, with its' barbeque, create a wonderful setting for breakfast, coffee or meals. Although it is built in the common garden of the hosts’ permanent residence at the ground floor, it stands at the whole 1st floor itself, which is autonomous and shields guests from the house beneath it and there are no immediate neighbors overlooking the property. Patio doors allow plenty of light to flood into the open plan lounge with a sofa-double bed, dining and kitchen area. The comfortable double bedroom, with a king size bed, also has patio doors out to the furnished terrace at the front of the property. A bathroom is located two steps across the bedroom door, together with a kitchen with all the necessary utensils. The lovely garden at the ground floor and the barbeque are in common use with the hosts. The terrace of the 1st floor is private, for guests' use only. The hosts are everyday willing to help you spend unforgettable holidays. Their permanent residence is located at the ground floor. They moved to the island of Kefalonia in 2006. George is an Electrical Engineer. He likes the countryside, windsurfing, sailing and tennis. Sofia is working. She likes cooking, paragliding, excursions and traveling. They have two children. The house is 8 kilometers away from the capital of the island, Argostoli, and only 1 kilometer from the airport and the sea. A short 5-10 minute drive away are several of the island's most famous beaches, Ammes, Avithos, Ai Helis, Makris Gialos and Platis Gialos. They are located two to five kilometers away from this lovely residence. There are also markets, taverns, and shops nearby. A welcome basket of fresh fruits, juice, as well as a bottle of wine, will be offered to the guests upon their arrival.

Nefeli is a brand new 47 sqm apartment (finished on April 2020) with spectacular view of Argostoli gulf and the whole area. The 35 sqm veranda with the magnificent view is unforgatable. In the capital of the island with all the city's choices available for you on walking range, but also away enough from the crowded city center with the traffic jam. Plenty of parking space in the area even on high season and easy access to ring road to avoid city traffic when going to the beach or an excursion.

It is 25 m2, has a small separate kitchen room with all the amentities bathroom with a big shower, washing machine,smart tv and fantastic sea and town views. Our stay in Kefalonia was made truly special thanks to our wonderful host, Elvira. From the moment we arrived, Elvira greeted us with such warmth and kindness. She made sure we were comfortable, gave us great local tips, and was always happy to help with anything we needed. The home was lovely, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the island. Angela’s place was incredible - probably one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in! The location was ideal, the house was fantastic, the pool and outdoor area were so relaxing. A great place to come back to after a busy day exploring or out at one of the nearby beaches! The walk into Lassi or Argostoli is easy, and there are a few really nice beaches nearby in walking distance. Angela gave some great recommendations and was always responsive to any questions we had! We’d definitely stay here again, thanks Angela!

Excellent apartment. We were met by Marilla when we arrived she showed us around. The facilities in the apartment are excellent and it was spotlessly clean. Cleaned every day and linen changed every other. Location is great with the beach only a couple of minutes walk away, a mini supermarket close by and easy stroll to restaurants in the evening. Would highly recommend.

Zoe’s Suite is perfect for a couple! It has everything you would need - fully equipped kitchen, secure parking, aircon, king size bed, luxurious shower room - and we had a very comfortable stay. Above all else, it has the most stunning sea views that we enjoyed looking out at all throughout the day, from the moment we woke up in bed to when we had our meals outside. The villa is situated in a great location, just a 10 minute drive from large supermarkets, the main town of Argostoli, and most importantly one of the best sandy beaches in Kefalonia (Makris Gialos)! The village of Lakithra is peaceful and quaint, with a few restaurants, a bar and a delicious pastry shop (Antonis) down the road that you have to try for traditional delicious pastries/cakes. All interactions with Clayde, Panagis and Nancy from HostingMe were great - prompt, friendly, accommodating! We really can’t recommend Zoe’s Suite enough, you’ll love your stay!

I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are looking to visit Kefalonia. The location is great and not too far from the town. The view from the apartment is amazing, and the host was very friendly and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. I would stay here again

Dear Fanis, Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! We had a great time. Everything was perfectly arranged, and we felt very welcome right away. You were very friendly and gave clear instructions, which made everything super easy. We had a few drinks in the city while waiting and then got the great news that we could check in a bit earlier. We just forgot we still had to walk up a hill, and then climb four flights of stairs with our suitcases! But even so, we were warmly welcomed. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, you can really see the care you’ve put into it. The only small downside for us was the lack of blackout curtains, as the room got quite bright early in the morning. But aside from that, everything was absolutely perfect! Also worth mentioning is the building manager, such a kind and attentive man, who greeted us with a smile every day. It really added a nice personal touch to our stay. Thanks again for your hospitality, we would love to
