The house is big and spacious. The location is peaceful and right next to the beach/ sea. There are amazing sunsets that can be seen from there. You can hear the sea all the time! Everyone (hosts, neighbours, everyone else in Georgia) are very friendly. The shops are accessible. The only thing to improve is to provide items such as cleaning products, etc

Lasha is a genuinely warm and helpful host. He makes the effort to show you everything and the local area because he wants you to have the best stay possible. He was very responsive and respectful and I felt he genuinely cared about my Airbnb experience. When the weather is nice, there is some great views here. Calm & peaceful experience apart from some nearby barking dogs occasionally but not all the time & it didn't stop me from sleeping well. Highly advise having or renting a car, your experience will be much better.

The location is great. The place is suitable for a large group, the only disadvantage is that the toilet and kitchen are in a separate room. And the host himself was very friendly and friendly! We had a lovely chat and had a great time.

The owner lives right next to the house, so everything is easily accessible and communication is always smooth. The house is clean, cozy, and has everything you might need. There are also two dogs on the property — they completely won my husband’s heart! Overall, it’s a little oasis where you feel detached from the city hustle and embraced by nature. One day during our stay, we were even treated to a homemade pie! Everything here feels very warm and family-like. We definitely recommend it :)

A stunning place with an amazing view within walking distance from the sea, with quiet neighbors, a delicious restaurant nearby, comfortable living conditions! Tamaz, a very nice owner, respects the personal boundaries of the tenants, shares grapes. It was very nice and caring!

We really enjoyed our stay over there. It’s not so far away from downtown. Kids loved to play in a yard and there is playground right in front of the house. The taxi is really cheap to go anywhere. 5 minutes to walk for food or groceries stores. Apartment is really clean and we felt like we are staying home.

The room is really nice, as described on the site, there were all the ingredients for cooking. We had a nice 15 days.

We want to thank the wonderful hosts of this place! The apartment is wonderful, the view from the balcony to the park and the sea is very beautiful, it was very clean, had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The territory of the complex is well-maintained and beautiful, there is a large swimming pool, restaurants, supermarkets. The hosts gave a personal mobile phone, were always in touch, gave many valuable recommendations for attractions and restaurants, everywhere was delicious and we were very satisfied. We were warmly welcomed and we will return to this apartment again after a trip to Tbilisi for a few days if we are available. We will also recommend to all friends and family of these hosts. Thank you so much!

A large and cozy house just a few minutes from the sea. It's a perfect place for a family vacation. Mark is a very responsive and friendly host.

Wonderful apartment ! Comfortable bed, all necessary appliances, good cleaning, convenient location (in front of you there is a park and beach, and below there is a pool, restaurant, and a cafe for breakfast). We were checked in 3 hours ahead of schedule, for which we are very grateful ❤️ We will definitely go back !

A great place to be alone with nature, but with a beautiful sea view! The house is nice, small and cozy, there is a gazebo on the territory, where you can grill kebabs and fish, which we did! The host Koba, very friendly, met us, told us everything! I will definitely recommend this place.

It was good experience, the host family is really nice and friendly. They served a wonderful dinner with traditional homemade food and wine, which was followed by cozy time with most of the family members.
