The house is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen has everything and everything is very functional. Inside the house there are many plants that create a very pleasant atmosphere and a great air. David and Tsitsana are very kind and considerate hosts. They served us impeccably, even though our arrival and departure was late at night. They gave us a lot of helpful tips about the area. In the city like Batumi it is very helpful to have a local who can guide you properly to have the best experience, so I highly recommend their hosts and their home if you are traveling to Batumi. Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts for everything!!!

A very nice pet-friendly house! The host was incredibly accommodating, and the garden was perfect for our dogs to roam freely. The location, while a bit outside the city, offers a peaceful escape near the sea. The place is very close to the beach! The house is best suited for summer stays, it was a bit chilly in November, but still manageable. Overall, a great choice for travellers who desire a quiet coastal retreat, especially during warmer months.

A nice, cozy courtyard overlooking a garden with fruit trees. The sea is just a few steps away. Quiet place. Despite the fact that we arrived late in the evening, the hosts received us very well and immediately accommodated us, all the time they were interested in whether we were doing well. We lived in a separate house with all amenities, there is an equipped kitchen. There is a gazebo where you can relax and have a glass of wine. The hostess Manana is a wonderful woman, ready to help at any moment with words and deeds. Attentive host Mamuka solves any request promptly. We were satisfied with the vacation, we recommend. We really liked it!!!

We rested as a family of 3 in September. The apartment corresponds to the descriptions on the website, large and cozy. Large balcony. The location is excellent, close to the beach and the promenade, the city center. Since Batumi is a resort city, the city does not sleep at night. If you need a quiet and peaceful vacation, you should probably look for accommodation in the suburbs. But we really liked everything, we felt like we were visiting! Many thanks to Nikita and his mother Leah that they responded so quickly to our check-in application. We arrived in the city late at night and were looking for accommodation on the spot. This did not turn out to be a problem and there were no difficulties. I really want to come back again)))

Incredible location, right in the heart of Batumi! A close walk to everything you could need. Teo the host was very friendly and gave us great recommendations on how to get around and the best places to eat (and drink!). Apartment was very spacious and clean. Apartment is also providing health dinner. Would definitely stay here again.
