Very good view and apartments.

This was our second time booking this apartment, and once again, everything went perfectly. The location is fantastic — close to everything you need — and the apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Guro is an incredibly friendly and helpful host, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended!

Listen, everyone, we spent a long time choosing, deciding and generally searching, this is one of the best holidays in our lives, everything is wonderful, the sea view, the location, you go out and in 1 minute - the sea, the territory. I would like to note a special thank you for the pillows that are lush, fragrant, new, the aparthotel even has a steam generator (instead of an iron, if you didn't know, we really never got it, but the main thing is that it is😂), at check-in there was even a mosquito fumigator, although we brought our own, but it was very pleasant that the owner of the apartments was so caring. Everything about these devices is impressive. Upon arrival, there was tea, sunflower oil, salt and sugar. The kettle is without scale, new or the water is so good, it is unknown, the water can be drunk from the tap, we drank, cooked, everything is great. We have a 1.4-month-old child, we liked everything very much, there are no questions at all from the side of the owners of this apartment, smart guys.

Everything was great. One of the best accommodation in my experience. The apartment is huge and well designed. A bit noisy during the day but at night it’s pretty calm. The biggest bonus is parking. The location is close to the beach, old city and new city. Highly recommended for big families.

everything was good, clean and beautiful house, center of the city. wonderful view and cool balcony. but there were no trash bags, a gel for washing clothes and we were without water ~one hour (it's not a hosts fault, just unlucky)

Very nice and clean place with wonderful view. Anton is a great host, always responses if you text. Good sheets, nice smell in the flat, host left some tea and water (very helpful after way). The internet is enough to work remotely (as I did). Absolutely recommended this place.

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and located in a luxurious building right in the heart of Batumi. Everything was within walking distance, which made exploring the city super convenient. The host was responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Batumi!

Good place for its money

We loved this apartment so much! It was the best of all of the apartments we stayed at in Batumi. We honestly grew to view this place as our home. Our hosts were always kind and responded quickly to us, helping answer questions and solve problems. I could not recommend this place enough. It is the only AirBnB that I’ve had this is truly as beautiful in real life as it is in the photos. We will miss living here so much! 😭

The apartment is very confortable and snug. Great view. The location is just plain, everything is nearby, and very beautiful around, the best location in Batumi. Nikita was a great host.

we stay at Larica place as a couple . for both of us was fantastic . nice cosy and clean apartment very comfy bed and great bathroom . all You need in a kitchen and balcony makes You feel so good . BTW . on bottom floor there is cafeteria good food and very cheap. stuff on reception very helpful too. great time for us in Larisa place 😉

We absolutely loved the wonderful view from the room, there were enough towels, hangers and other accessories, everything worked properly. We are happy with everything, if we are in Batumi, we will return to these apartments again!

Everything was perfect. Dmitry was very communicative. Views from the apartment to the sea like you can see in the pictures. The bed mattress very comfortable and all the apartment cristal clean. We will repeat in our next trip to Batumi

We had a delightful stay at Natia's apartment in Batumi. Perfectly situated in the heart of old Batumi, it's a mere stone's throw from Piazza Batumi and a brief walk to the sea and main attractions. The surrounding area boasts numerous bars and restaurants, adding to the overall experience. The two-level apartment is a blend of comfort and modern style. Immaculately clean, its well-thought-out design ensures privacy even with multiple guests. Every amenity we needed was available, making our stay hassle-free. Natia proved to be an exceptional host, promptly addressing any minor issues we encountered. A word of caution: the central location means nights can be a tad noisy. However, the convenience and charm of the place more than make up for it. If you're seeking a prime location and comfort in Batumi, we highly recommend Natia's place.

House was really nice and clean I was with my family and we really enjoyed

The apartment is very cozy and clean, exactly as pictured. It's a 3-minute walk to the sea, with shops, a restaurant, and cafes nearby. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive, always available, and gave us many useful recommendations for the city. He even met us with our suitcases upon arrival and took us to the train when we left. Thank you so much! We were very satisfied and would gladly come again!
