Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Makati City

It was a great stay at Glady's place. She was responsive and provided us with information needed in order to get into her place smoothly. We watched a concert and as advertised, it was indeed a 5-6 minutes walk to MOA Arena. ☺️

Great place! We booked it due to our event nearby. Plus points sa parking lot as well. Only disappointment we had is for not staying long. 😅 Will definitely come back again. 💯

Our family stayed at this condo for almost a week in June, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The unit was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location was ideal, just a short walk to restaurants, grocery store and a Mall. The building was secure and quiet, and check-in was seamless thanks to clear instructions from the host. I’d definitely recommend this condo for a relaxing, hassle-free stay. Thanks again for a wonderful visit!

The host was very responsive and easy to deal with, great place to stay if you are looking for something that is walkable to many restaurants. The building is connected to uptown mall so you don’t have to walk outside if it’s raining. We enjoy our stay and definitely go back again. Thank you Aeryka!!

Clean and beautiful view from this apartment I watched then sunset and sunrise each day. Conveniently located beside the century mall. Easy to get around to.

I find Leyn's place very comfortable after long hours of travel from abroad. Sulit ang bayad. She is very friendly and very responsive upon queries.

This is the perfect place for me whenever I visit Manila – conveniently located near Rockwell, yet in a very quiet and secure area. I'm not a fan of large condos, and this townhouse offers a unique charm. The second floor features beautiful, old wooden floors and a spacious bedroom. There's also a small patio outside, which adds to the cozy, inviting atmosphere of the house. I highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Manila. It’s truly a hidden gem!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Remas listing was a great listing for the price, it’s located in makati and has a mall downstairs with a variety of convenient stores like 7-eleven. I booked this listing last minute, as in couple hours before check in and managed to find a place to sleep! will book again! thank you.

I lived here for a month. Grab was easy use the Coffee project as pick up location App gave drivers wrong location for Condo Pros Really Quiet Easy walk to malls and nightlife Unit is same floor as Gym & Pool Kitchen had appliances/utensils Security is friendly Laundry service is cheap/reactive (250p, 1-2 day turnaround) (Pickup/dropoff is included in price) Safe to walk during day and night (its in the business district, after 6-7pm, everyone leaves) Big TV outdoor patio is nice Lazada delivers to the unit very easily and guards hold packages. Very nice A/C and has great fan Cons more Utensils (only a few forks/spoons) NOT HOST FAULT: Buildings Elevators went down a lot but were fixed in a week Host didnt mention garbage drop off location The clothing storage was limited as the door prevented drawers from opening Felt cramped due to the bar but its manageable Had a few cockroaches but it was like 5 throughout the month Wish there was a table to eat at (used small desk provided)

Glad I was able to find this place. Our whole stay was amazing. The host was responsive and very welcoming with my requests. The place was clean, cozy, and has complete amenities. We will definitely book again and I willl recommend this place to my friends.

Second time here, no problem at all. The Balcony gives you a great view, you have great access to the Venice mall, the room is spacious and looks great. We will come back again, 😁 thank you Penpen.

Jon was very responsive. The place was neat and organized and every corner has simple instructions. I love how it feels cool as soon as I got into the unit too. Will definitely book again next time I needed to go back to BGC for business trip.

A steal deal! What you see is what you get as posted in the photos. The unit was spotless and smelt so clean upon our entry, well equipped and all listed facilities / equipment are in good working condition. My son loved the soft beanbag. Added bonus, Melody and Ronald are super great hosts, highly responsive and helpful, includes free wifi access, mineral water, kitchen / dining utensils , and toiletries with a generous amount of fresh towels. The building’s entry formalities included filling out a few pages of forms by hand which I found quite redundant (however still a common practice here in PH with most establishments to be left back of the digital age). Exit formalities was definitely a lot more simpler! :)
