The unit is just right for us. It has all the things you need on your stay. You can cook if you want and if you want to just order out, there are a ton of restaurants and fast-food shops located just outside the subdivision. The amenities are great. Our daughter really enjoyed the pool, we are planning our next stay!!!

Super responsive host. The room was equiped with everything you need. Best is the location as it is right in the center of everything. Th condo was also very quiet at night and bed comfortable, which is very important to me. Overall great experience.

This visit was the third time at South of Market residences. Baguio Casa stands out as the best of them in terms of comfort and layout. The bed and sofa were most comfortable; appliances worked flawlessly. Plenty of spare towels provided, and ample soap/shampoo/conditioner if needed. Plenty of cleaning supplies. Great value for the money!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The house is clean, cozy, and super aesthetic, exactly what I was looking for. The big balcony and relaxing view were total highlights, perfect for unwinding. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Ms. Nancy was very responsive, and Ms. Levy was incredibly accommodating. Would 100% stay again!

Stayed at Glorious residence for more than a month and had a fantastic experience. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed (e.g. cook, laundry, karaoke, transportation to/fro airport/places and etc) for a long-term stay. The location was convenient, with shops and public transport nearby. The host, Ms. Elvie and Sir Glorious were responsive, accommodating, supportive, and easy to communicate with. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, well-located home away from home! Thank you, Ms Elvie and Sir Glorious for everything.

The place was even better in person than in the photos—it truly exceeded our expectations! We’ll definitely be coming back. One of the things we loved most is that it’s pet-friendly, which was a must for us. Highly recommended!

Had a great 3 months here. Bi weekly cleaning. Host was extremely nice and helpful made sure I had everything I needed. Definitely best Airbnb I have stayed in for the Philippines. Of course I still think it’s overpriced for the size and location of the unit. I’d still give it a 10/10 though. Thanks for the stay .

This unit is highly recommended. You can see the owner’s personality through the care put into the place. It was very clean when we arrived, and everything we needed was provided — toiletries, appliances, and even new disposable slippers. Even though the unit is small and has a separate bedroom area, there’s another air conditioner to keep the space cool. The owner is thoughtful and generous, making sure guests have a comfortable and pleasant stay. You can really tell they considered what guests might need.

Overall, the room was comfortable and received positive feedback. While there was no dishwashing liquid provided, this is just a minor note for improvement and not a complaint. The location is great — very near to places to eat and hang out. I will definitely stay at this place again.

This Airbnb experience was fantastic, from the responsive hosts to the convenient location! The host and his sister, Ate Em, were quick to respond and very accommodating—even on short notice, they confirmed our booking just an hour before check-in. Compared to other hosts in the same area, their responsiveness was exceptional. Check-in and checkout were seamless thanks to clear self-check-in instructions. The unit was super clean, smelled fresh, and exactly as described in the listing. One stand fan wasn’t working, but it didn’t affect our stay. The view from the balcony was lovely, with the playground and pool just steps away—perfect for families with kids. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, banks, convenience stores, and malls. Highly recommended!
