The apartment is new, quite, clean and nice view from balcony. The host always responsive and fast reply. We enjoyed our stay in Alvaro place for our short stay. Recommend. Only need to regular check about shampoo/body soap cause there are few bottles but empty only water inside, fortunately we always bring our own so it's not problem for us. And it will be good if the bowls are not plastic material.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property of Pak Bams. The place was just as described, and we felt right at home. Bams was extremely responsive and attentive since before the check in. He let us check in earlier than 2 pm, which is so much helpful to our condition. We experienced an issue with the water heater during our stay, but he quickly called a technician to resolve it, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience, and we highly recommend this place!

Stayed again at Gladiol C8 another smooth and enjoyable visit Check in and out very easy. WD is a great host and always responsive. The location is close to panakkukang mall, banks, mart, coffee places etc. on jl boulevard walk sj. The host was very responsive. Smooth checkin and checkout process. Smooth elevators have no trouble going down and going up to the room unit. The kitchen facilities are quite complete and comfortable to cook. Clean towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes are available. The air conditioning in the living room is less cold. the second room has no air conditioning and the fan opens the room door to get air conditioning from the living room. in the main room it's quite cold. The entire room (sheets etc) is clean and the mattress is very comfortable. Next time will come back again. Thank you Ibu Dewi.

We had a wonderful stay. Fadhila provided us with all the relevant information about the accommodation and check-in in advance and was always available if we had any questions. Check-in is possible contactless via a key box. Alternatively, you can check in via the lobby of the apartment building. The accommodation is centrally located in the CPI. From there, you can easily reach places like Masjid Kuba or Losari Beach. From the apartment, you have a great view of the harbor and Masjid Kuba. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. There is coffee, tea, water, and delicious cookies in the accommodation, and everything is very clean :) The bed is also super comfortable. We felt very comfortable and would stay there again anytime we are in Makassar.

This is the second time we've booked Ivone's place. Her place is minimalist and peaceful. Everything is clean and ready to be enjoyed. The balcony overlooks the ocean and the location is just a few steps away from the PentaCity Mall entrance. We hope to book her place again in the future!
