The apartment is beautiful with amazing artwork everywhere you look. The view out of the windows shows off the variety and breadth of South Jakarta.

I had a really great stay at this apartment! The location is perfect — right in the middle of Jakarta, so it’s super convenient. There’s a mini mart just near the lobby where you can buy groceries, and if you walk a little bit, you can find many restaurants to eat. The view from the balcony was really nice, especially at night. I made some good memories here, and I definitely want to stay again if I come back to Jakarta. Thank you for the lovely place!

Really recommend staying in Ariama Serviced Residence. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights on the 4th floor and we’re very pleased. The apartment is cozy and comfortable with a minimalist, modern vibe. It includes kitchen and washing/ dryer which was very convenient for us. There is also housemaid available to clean and can do laundry service for 5 pcs daily. The living room would fit a couple or max 3 people. There’s a small balcony connected to the kitchen. My only con is that I wish theTV had netflix. The bedroom includes a queen bed with comfortable sheets and pillows. Theres a mirrored wardrobe with clothes hangers and small safe. However I did not find iron. There is also a small work desk. The bathroom is has a modern design and it’s quite spacious. The shower was nice to use and there’s also a large bathtub. I did find that bathroom could of been cleaner especially the shower/ bath area as there was some soap scum. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and would come back :)

We wanted something close to JICC to attend a seminar and we were so lucky to find this apartment right across the road! Setiawan was such a great and accommodating host. He even went out of his way to help me with some doc printing! The apartment is clean and sufficient for our needs. There are also eateries right outside the condo. We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

the right place for those of us who are having an event at ice BSD City. The cluster atmosphere is safe and comfortable. Complete house facilities. Complete Kitchen appliances. The living room is a bit hot, so the door needs to be opened even though there is a fan. But the 2 rooms upstairs are very comfortable and cool. Overall we enjoyed staying at this place, and we will likely return to rent if there is another event there. Thank you

An excellent place to stay. The house has everything that we need, including good air conditioning and wifi (fast fibre, generally very reliable). The host is very good: one of the best that we know. She is quick to respond to problems and requests. We are grateful that she gave us 3 days free because of our long stay in 2022. Be aware that the house is in a residential neighbourhood so you will have the normal sorts of noises for an area like this. Note especially that the house shares walls with the houses on either side, and behind, so sometimes you may hear repairs from these houses. We had very bad luck during our long stay in 2023 because the neighbours next door did noisy renovations for more than five weeks. We had to leave the house every day (even Sunday). It was difficult because the neighbour and the workmen gave wrong information:first they said that it was one day, then one week etc! However, these renovations are finished and we have made another long booking for 2024.

The place is neat and clean, sanitaries, towel, extra blanket provided, all AC in the room working as expected, TVs are small but no one really watch them as the place is really near walking distance to ICE where our exhibition located, you'll be busy :). nice and clean kitchen. quite location.

The place is very strategic for those who want an event on ice, it can be reached by 8 minutes from ice bsd. The house is homey, clean, tidy, and fragrant. Amenities and complete equipment as described, the host is also very friendly and helpful. You can check in early if you don't occupy before. Next if there is an event on ice lg we will definitely stay here again. Thank you ma'am yulita and sir andri~

Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! Thanks for hosting us! ☺️

Good location, tidy place and well managed. Refi’s also nice and fast response. Everything is well prepared, we enjoy our stay.

Great apartment. This was the cleanest and most beautiful house I've ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is amazing. Safe and very easy check-in. Having a washing machine is a great advantage. I really recommend 👍

Fair price, clean & good location. Easy check in and friendly host. Our request for early check in was also fulfilled by Adrian. Some parts of the apartment need a bit of renovation (kitchen sink and also the floor below the sofa), but still a very good accomodation for the price in the central location of Jakarta.
