We had an amazing stay for a country family wedding. Summer was a great host from the start with her great communication and clear instructions. The apartment was beautifully fitted out and everything was so comfortable, clean and even better than a hotel. Cafes, shops was just downstairs. Waking up to the sun rise from the window looking out to the river was a great start to the day. It didn't affect our stay in anyway, but just a caution to anyone who doesn't like stairs or can't walk up many, access to the apartment might be difficult. Overall, a lovely weekend away in Maitland.

Chanell is a very friendly host, thanks for the baby cot provided, which makes life easier and we all had a good night. The place is clean and tidy, easy to find and self check in. Thanks for the little treatment too, recommend it for an overnight stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was exactly as pictured, well maintained and in a fabulous location. Peter was an accommodating host who responded to my queries promptly and patiently. He made sure we felt taken care of without being at all intrusive. He also provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, and provided brochures and flyers for said activities. Thanks to the brochures my 16yo son and I completed the self-guided architecture tour of Newcastle and loved it. Peter's recommendation of Goldberg's Coffee House on Darby Street was also a winner - we had a fabulous meal there on our last night. Would definitely stay here again!

Nicky was friendly and a pleasure to deal with from the outset. The property was exactly what we expected as a result of seeing the photos in her listing and very comfortable and extremely clean. The view out the front of the unit across the water was amazing. The beds and linen were wonderful, so we slept soundly each night, and the kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed, so much so, that we felt it was our own. We couldn't speak highly enough about our stay, so happy to return sometime and to recommend it to anyone looking for a quality property at an awesome location. Thank you Nicky.

Great place for our stay in Newy with our 11 year old daughter. Both the bed & fold out couch were incredibly comfortable. Easy check in, great location, amazingly clean, well stocked if you were to stay longer (ie laundry detergent & dishing washing tablets). Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this lovely cottage! The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. They really looked after us and made sure everything was just right. The cottage itself was beautiful—very clean, comfortable, and full of charm. We brought our dog along and were so pleased with how welcoming and accommodating the hosts were to our pup. It made the stay feel even more special. The location is perfect—just minutes from the beach, cafes, and great restaurants. It was the ideal spot for a relaxing getaway, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and pet-friendly escape!

A lovely spacious apartment overlooking the water. Peaceful and quiet surroundings, full kitchen with all the utensils needed to cook a lovely meal. The apartment was comfortable with lovely lounge chairs and dining suite. Plenty of parking and a lovely quiet street. Bill is friendly and happy to chat. We had a great weekend and relaxed. Look forward to coming back again.

Chris and Emily's place was perfect for our long weekend getaway. Chris was very communicative throughout our stay. The place is quiet, homely and has all the amenities needed for a great stay, including underfloor heating in the bathroom. Parking was also very easy with several visitor spots.

We have stayed at Jenni and Kristi's place several times previously and it always makes our stays in the Hunter really relaxing and comfortable. Everything is just as we like-spacious, clean, very comfortable beds, well stocked with cutlery, crockery and glassware, coffee maker etc. It's well situated, in a very quiet location overlooking the pond where there are plenty of ducks, moorhens and even kangaroos to make for a very relaxing ambience. We will certainly hope to stay again on our next visit. I highly recommend.

Had a great time. The place was clean and well maintained. In a cozy and modern apartment. The location is fantastic, a three minute drive will get you to the beach, IGA shops, local Cafe, or the local pub. The town is peaceful with plenty of road side parking. The host, was very helpful. Providing clear communication and places to go around town. It is a great choice for a couple to get away for a beach side holiday.

We had a lovely stay over the ANZAC weekend. The unit is in a fantasy spot close to so many options for food. The walk and surrounding grounds are beautiful. The view from the apartment is stunning, looking straight over the water and it’s very pretty at night with all the lights lit up. The unit itself is beautiful with a relaxed coastal feel. Kitchen and bathrooms were spotless and the beds were comfy. We will definitely recommend our friends and family come to stay and we will be back for sure.

We really enjoyed our time at this airbnb and would absolutely recommend it. It was very homely with an incredible view!

Yarramalong Studio was a lovely place to stay. Helen was a very considerate host. Quiet neighbourhood with lots of bird life. Not a lot of grocery or food options nearby, although Asian Kitchen just up the road was a very nice surprise.

We had a fantastic time at One Mile Haven. The location was amazing, and the apartment was spacious with everything you could need. We loved the beautiful outdoor balcony and the infinity pool and spa were incredible. We will definitely plan a return visit.

Perfect location for a girls weekend away. Beautifully styled unit which was clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. Even though the unit is in a big block it was quiet and peaceful and the outside space was lovely. Melissa is a great host-fantastic communication and information on the area. We'll definitely be back!
