Ideal for families and friends. Two houses next to each other, being able do accomodate 20 people in two houses, next to each other. Beautiful landscape at the Represa de Ibiuna. The lake in front of the house, is appropriate for swimming and water activities. 3 caiaks and 2 stand up are available. For children there is a doll house and playground. Up to 10 people value is R$ 500 Besides 10 people there is an additional R$ 50 per person.

Marildes and her husband received us personally, presenting the whole house with great kindness and attention. The house is very well distributed and manages to meet the reserved part of the rooms and a perfect integration in the area of cooking, playing and enjoying the sun and nature. The condominium is perfect. Great location, tranquility, security and privacy. We can still see monkeys in the surroundings and beautiful birds. It was a perfect holiday.

Imagine a beautiful, quiet, safe place, surrounded by trees and wild animals… Eliane's house is this paradisiacal place! I stayed with my family for the last few days and we loved the stay. Since the initial negotiations, Eliane was very quick in the answers, as well as detailed and detailed in the information. The property is very well taken care of, has new and quality items for guests' comfort and well-being, especially the complete bed, table and bath linen. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The internet signal is great on every property, including to support 2 TVs with access to multiple streaming platforms. The swimming pool is a show apart… air-conditioned, clean and with a view to the environmental reserve. We even had access to the orchard where we could harvest mangoes, blackberries and guava. We will definitely return!

Best Airbnb in terms of cost benefit that we have ever stayed in. The house has everything we need, lots of outlets, a barbecue, two beautiful outdoor areas with a private heated pool and jacuzzi, two bathrooms and a full kitchen, there's even a pot to make a fire!! We went on a day when it was 8 degrees and we managed to stay in the jacuzzi (we even felt hot because it was so hot). The living room TV is huge and the mattresses are very comfortable. I would return 1000 times without hesitation.
