This place is Excellent, the place is very safe is 2 blocks from the entrance to Ohiggins Park and about 5-10 min from the metro station, the place is impeccable and very comfortable for 2 people

I gave 5 stars because that's the maximum allowed, if I had 10 I would give 10. From the closing of the reservation to the post-stay, everything was very good. Cozy place, extremely well located, communication with Osnelly is always very fast, she is a kind person who helped us a lot throughout our stay. Very cozy apartment and exactly like the photos. If we ever return to Santiago and it is available, it would certainly be our choice again. I recommend everyone who comes across it as an option during their searches to book without fear. This place was everything described and more. The area was very easy to navigate and offers soooo many food and entertainment options. Right near subway and extremely walkable. Nearby Barrio Italia offered great food and entertainment! Felt safe and secure in the apartment and it was very clean, not to mention the amazing view from the 29th floor! Great job Jose Luis! Highly recommend!!

Excellent place, very quiet and safe area. Everything is very close, mini market, Movistar arena 15 minutes walk as well as Fantasilandia. The apartment is very cozy and has everything you need. Highly recommended

What an amazing place. A very friendly neighborhood, close to the subway and downtown, with market options, restaurants and a park in front. In addition, the view of the mountain range is wonderful. I had a great stay in the apartment. The location is very central, there are many commercial venues nearby and the metro is just two blocks away. Nicholas was very nice and attentive to all my doubts! I'll definitely stay at this place again, I highly recommend it!

This is my second time at David's apartment, and it's about as perfect a stay as I've had anywhere. Pristine, comfortable, and thoughtful in every way. David is also a kind, responsive host and a genuine person. An example, it was a bit cold when I arrived, I mentioned it and a heater was delivered to the apartment 2 hours later. Couldn't be more satisfied with my time here.

Fully equipped house. Responsive host. We had a very large van which was a problem getting into designated parking gate. We would stay again but we would arrive in a much smaller vehicle. The view was amazing.

Very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. Safe parking and easy to get to. Easy access to get around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. We were 6, very comfortable and happy.

We had a very nice stay. The pool and outdoor spaces were lovely and we enjoyed spending the days outside with the dogs that were on the property. Having only one FOB for the gates was challenging when our group went out to do things separately, but overall we had a really great stay.

The apartment is amazing with a wonderful terrace. Next to two shopping centers, in a super financial area, with parks and also with car parking. What I liked most was the external area and that part of Santiago I love and it leaves me quiet, because I go to work. It's a premium location.

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with heated water. Very close to the Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets in the vicinity.

The apartment is impeccable, I felt at home! It has all the necessary utensils for the stay, a hot shower, an air-conditioned environment, and impeccable cleanliness. We stayed in the apartment for about 8 days, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!
