A unique loft, an unforgettable landscape!! 25km from the city of Mendoza, on the wine roads, wine-growing area of Perdriel, Lujan de Cuyo, birthplace of Malbec wine. In its surroundings, there are farms, wineries and restaurants. Ideal for resting, adventure tourism and as a base for excursions to high mountains (30 km), Chacras de Coria (10 km) or Ciudad Lujan de Cuyo (5 km). For 2 people or a group of 4, who do not require bedroom privacy. You can get there by taxi, but it is advisable to take a car.

The house is located a few blocks from Plaza de Chacras, and in a residential area with several services. The entrance is on Medrano Street, through an automatic gate and an alley with an old tree that connects to the garden in the heart of the block. The house has warm spaces, a suite with a king-size bed and a bathroom with a Scottish shower. Equipped kitchen, barbecue, wood-burning fireplace, mini-pool and good sound system. Quick access to the Wine Route, the Andes Mountains and the Mendoza River.

Boutique Vineyard and Wine Lodge

It´s the perfect spot for families and friends that treasure sharing experiences in the wine country. The lodge is nestled in a 6 acre vineyard, located in the Mendoza wine routes. Visitors may walk through our vineyards and savor our Malbec and Merlot wines. Our complimentary breakfast includes fresh coffee, fruits, eggs, homemade sweet jams and country bread. Visitors may hire our Chef to cook an Argentinean barbecue or a choice of local dishes. We enjoy treating our visitors like family.
