Holiday rentals with a patio in Mainz

The stay was exactly as expected. The place is clean and as described. The communication was great and totally hassle-free. The location is great.

Very nice apartment with great views. Balcony invites you to relax. You can enjoy the sauna with a great view. The apartment is quite fully equipped. A village shop is within walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment (a private house with patio) was the only really modernly built and furnished accommodation between Mainz and Worms that we could find. That alone was worth it. Unfortunately, nothing was available in 2024, so only now, in May 2025. Bright and friendly, well-equipped with all modern standards, perfectly cut and practical to live in. There was nothing wrong with it. At the center for us was a large table with a perfect ratio of table height (72 cm) and seat height for eating and working. Bedrooms and beds were well sized. Everything worked in the bathroom. A week of total well-being. We did not use the TV, sound system and the large Weber grill. We found Alexander himself to be friendly, uncomplicated, competent and helpful. We used the one-week stay in Budenheim to take tours by bike and train - to Mainz, Wiesbaden, Frankfurt and to wine villages in the Rheingau. We didn't have enough time for Rheinhessen.

The place was clean and closely match the description. Close proximity to train station. About 25 min walk to the river and parks. It was a good base for the trip

What a wonderful stay. Exceeded expectations… roomy comfortable beautifully decorated… lots of storage. We loved how walkable it was to Kronberg and some lovely restaurants and shops and a park across the street. On a busy street but very quiet inside. Stefan was very helpful with operating the appliances! We will definitely return and book the next time we visit nearby family.

Really lovely place with friendly host who was always very quick to respond to any questions with helpful replies. The house was very clean with well equipped kitchen and plenty of space. Location was great - private space in a quiet street with easy parking outside the door. Station was very close but we did find it helpful to have a hire car to explore further afield. Good local small supermarkets and bakery as well as excellent takeaway just round the corner. Only minor downside was the trains which were a little noisy - but not too frequent and we felt this was reflected in the price charged which was fair and a little lower than similar size properties in the area. Overall an excellent stay.

Absolutely great house, beautiful decor and plenty of space. The facility leaves nothing to be desired. We enjoyed it very much. Nico's mom welcomed us warmly. The check-in and check-out was very accommodating. The location is 1A, quiet and Bad Kreuznach city center can be reached in a few minutes by car. Conclusion: Everything is great.

I have been a guest of Kai and Despina several times and it was very nice as always. Everything was clean and tidy and I felt very comfortable. The area is quiet but you can get to the highway in 5 minutes. I'd love to come back

Top location with nice terrace. Very good amenities. The landlords live in the basement. Ideal for a family with 2 children. However, since the bedroom upstairs is completely open and has no ventilation, the house is not optimal for 2 couples.

We stayed at Kushtrim's apartment for about 5 weeks while looking for a permanent place in the area. It was very comfortable apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable rooms. We had our two dogs who liked sunning on the patio which was securely fenced in. There is no laundry in the apartment, but there are plenty of laundromats in Mainz proper. Nice restaurants and parks within walking distance as are many bus stops and the Ingelheim train station.

We had a nice experience staying at this Airbnb in Nierstein. The place was exactly as described and everything was thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. The location was ideal for exploring the charming town, and it was just a short walk to local wineries, restaurants, and scenic views of the Rhine.

We were completely satisfied with our accommodation in Koblenz Vallendar. Everything was clean, well equipped and left nothing to be desired. The flexible check-in was very pleasant and the hot tub a real highlight. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!

Top communication with the super accommodating hostess and a nice 2-room apartment in a very good location. During my stay, zero problems arose, on the contrary, with every question, the landlady immediately came to my aid. The location of Aarbergen-Michelbach or the apartment is also not difficult to reach by public transport and is in itself a quiet and relaxed area. The terrace and the view (living room window) were the perfect icing on the cake, which finally perfected the stay. Very satisfied with the booking and happy to do it again!

A lovely quiet spot next to a forest in the beautiful Lahn Valley area. Hosts communicated very well before we arrived and were very friendly and helpful and responsive. They provided very thoughtful extras like great coffee, and outdoor furniture. We were very happy with our stay and certainly recommend this apartment.

We stayed for one night and everything was prepared, clean and matched the pictures. Communication with Alena was also very easy. Highly recommended!

The apartment is in a very quiet area and is very large. The rooms are modernly furnished, very clean and very cozy. The bathroom is a dream with large shower and bathtub. The large kitchen has everything you need, the dining area offers enough space for up to 6 people. The Rhine with Biebrich Castle with beautiful park can be reached in about 1/2 hour on foot. The center of Wiesbaden can be reached by car in about 10 minutes by bus in about 15 minutes. Parking in front of the house is possible at any time. A grocery store in the immediate vicinity is a few minutes' walk. We felt very comfortable there and will book this accommodation again if possible. Angela is very friendly and helpful, requests were answered within a very short time. We can highly recommend this apartment.

The four of us spent a fantastic weekend at the Schönlebenshof. Peter is a very nice host and everything worked out without any problems - from check-in to free charcoal. The courtyard is beautifully renovated and we enjoyed having breakfast here in the morning in the middle of nature. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment and garden invite you to relax. The location is ideal for hiking. Can only recommend!!!

Super friendly landlords & a small, cozy apartment, in which we lacked nothing: Quietly located, with a great view of the hills of the Odenwald & a garden in which you can relax all around. The interior is cozy and at the same time high-quality, so you can have a wonderful vacation. We were guests for 2 weeks & would love to come back :-)

I cannot recommend this place enough! The property is amazing and has everything you need for a holiday. It is spacious, beautiful, very clean and has an outstanding balcony, facing the river and a castle. What more to wish for? The balcony is also located above ground so it gives plenty of privacy. Tom and Tina are super friendly, easy to communicate with, helpful and provide clear instructions and a helpful tour at the start. Recommendations about local restaurants and amenities are also available. If that was not enough, they offer a complimentary bottle of wine from the local winery! Amazing to start a holiday or a weekend like that. Finally, each bank of the Rhein is easily accessible by ferry, which is less than a 5 minute drive from the property, so the location is excellent, whichever part of the river you want to explore. I was there with my adult daughter for 2 days because we wanted to see Heidelberg. The accommodation is quiet and a little outside near the forest (great for walks with the dog). You could park on the street in front of the house. Just right for us. Wencke is very attentive and friendly. She responds incredibly quickly to messages and is very concerned about the well-being of her guests. We felt very comfortable Thank you very much!!
