I present my pretty little 25 m² 2-room apartment, located in the city center of Angers! Very quiet and recently refurbished, it is close to all amenities and various shops (restaurants, bakery, Carrefour or Biocoop, etc.). The tram lines are 50 m away, the Convention Center and the Jardin des Plantes are 100 m away. The apartment is located on the first floor of an old building, in a cul-de-sac offering, admittedly, fairly low natural light.
