This independent studio is part of our main residence, and we are delighted to make it available to you. Guests can enjoy the quiet of the studio's private terrace, pool, and barbecue. The accommodation is 2 kilometers from the city center of Mont de Marsan and 5 minutes from the main roads for your excursions (Beach 1 hour 10 minutes/Spain 1 hour 30 minutes). Our old water mill has been converted into a residential house. With its independent entrance, its large bay windows have a breathtaking view of a green setting that will delight you! It is composed of 2 pretty bedrooms, a shower room, 1 sam living room and a fully equipped kitchen, a dishwasher etc. You can enjoy the beautiful covered terrace and in summer, you can swim in the river!
