The apartment is very nice, tastefully decorated. We felt right at home! Nothing is missing in terms of equipment, point +++. Bedding is great! The location is ideal, making it easy to visit Hastings and the surrounding area on foot or by transport and combining the calm and proximity of the city center. Madelaine has always been responsive and the welcome was very pleasant and facilitated by the explanations and advice given on site. The little touches on our arrival are a real plus! It's good to know that the noises and footsteps from upstairs can be heard, but Madelaine & her husband have always been very respectful and these noises are therefore not annoying. Thanks ☺️

The apartment is stylish, comfortable and very clean. We loved the view and the space was great, high ceilings and period features. Having been to St Leonards before we knew that our favourite restaurants were walkable too. Moyra was a great host and very helpful and considerate about check in time, much appreciated.

This was my second stay at Genevieve’s and it was just as gorgeous as I remember. With such a great location right on the sea front you can’t go wrong, and the property really feels like home. Already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful two night stay at this property. Sonia was very helpful and sent clear instructions for self check in. There are stairs to the apartment, but worth every step. When you enter you find a beautifully decorated apartment with view of the beach and pier. The rooms are a good size and the beds comfortable. A real home away from home - I hope we can return one day!

What a gem we discovered in the Cow Shed. An imaginative conversion with well considered furnishings and quality equipment. Perfect for honeymoon couples.

We loved staying in the country quiet of Willow Cottage. Locating the farm lane for the first time was a bit tricky but fine after that with postcode gps. Looking over green fields, the view from the french doors downstairs and the large upstairs bedroom window is beautiful. The cottage looks exactly like the photos and was comfortable. Charlotte and Rob were very friendly, responsive and keen to ensure our stay was a good one. The cottage is very near Sissinghurst, and made a good base from which we saw many other gardens and historic homes.

Gorgeous gorgeous. Such a beautiful Property with so much character . It’s full of wonderful ornaments , books and furniture ! Kitchen is so well equipped and the upstairs is surprisingly spacious!! It was in the perfect location for our trip and there is a handy shop , pharmacy etc. loved our stay! Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. From the start Roni was so helpful with clear instructions and information. The fresh bread and other tasty foodstuffs we were provided were a welcome treat and made us feel right at home. The cottage itself is very cosy and we enjoyed spending time together in the warmly decorated living room. We all slept very well as the beds are really very comfortable. The views over the countryside were amazing and you could really feel a sense of the history of the place. We loved our stay at Ide Hill. This was the last Airbnb of a four week trip and it was a highlight for sure. We would absolutely recommend staying at this lovely cottage and experiencing the hospitality that Roni provides.

A really lovely place that was an easy walking distance from all the main sites in Rochester. It was very clean, homely and Temmy is a very responsive host. Everything was as the photos and check in etc was very straightforward.

What an exceptional and beautiful residence. Set in a nice peaceful area. The home is stunning and so tastefully done Even provided us with fresh eggs granola bread and milk! Bed was super comfy. The house was great. Allister was an excellent host and very responsive to any queries. The attention to detail in the house is wonderful, really well done, quirky with thoughtful detail. Coffee machines are provided in every room with tea and coffee pods provided. There were 10 of us staying and the house suited us very well. We knew to expect that the dining area was small and could only accommodate 8 comfortably but we made it work. The heated gazebo outside seated all of us comfortably. It’s a shame the pub next door is currently closed as we were expecting to make use of that. We walked into both Canterbury and Whitstable, both were lovely walks and would recommend. Lastly, the purpose built spa on site was lovely. A great space for chilling out and beautifully done. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Wendy’s home was the perfect location for our time in Tunbridge Wells. The parking was super easy, and the house itself had everything we needed, including for our 18 month old. Wendy was the ideal host, and she went above and beyond in her communications and also in the special treats waiting for us when we arrived. I definitely recommend Wendy’s home!

We enjoyed an incredible stay at Seashells, where comfort and warmth surrounded us. It truly felt like home. The property provided everything we could want, and the location inspired joy in every moment.

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

Location was very important as we did not have a car and could walk to it friends place, restaurants and cafes.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.
