Very beautiful and peaceful. Armin and Sabina were amazing and it was a privilege to be part of their world, a world of fruit trees, orchards, ducks, chickens and horses. My daughters loved participating in the feeding of the animals and collecting the eggs. We also paddled the river and explored the wild beach. There is no electricity and it became so wonderful at night with all the candles. A highly recommend a destination.

This place was awesome. Definitely worth the drive. Louis was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The facilities were unique and the surrounding area was so beautiful, the best sunset I have seen in South Africa so far. Very friendly cat and dogs on property. Awesome kitchen set up and fire place to sit with friends. Only thing to say is if there are puddles on the dirt road to the property drive slowly directly through them, and you can even get through with a regular rental car. Or you can be like me and mess up and drive on the side of the puddle and get stuck in the mud (don’t be like me lol) thanks again for the help Louis!! Definitely would stay here again.

Avela is such an exceptional host, always available and very welcoming. Her apartment is very neat and big enough for a large group. Walkable distance to the beach and just 10min drive to Wildcoast Sun. Will definitely use her apartment next time i visit portedward.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Happy Hornbill Cottage at The Pont in Port Edward! This accommodation is an absolute treasure, featuring your very own private pool—such a wonderful bonus! The main bedroom was incredibly cozy, ensuring we had a peaceful and restful night. The air conditioning was a huge perk, especially on those warm days when we needed to cool off. Our host, Calvin, was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions and fantastic local recommendations. He truly went above and beyond by surprising us with a thoughtful welcome basket filled with snacks and drinks, which made us feel right at home. The location is ideal for anyone looking to unwind and recharge. The Happy Hornbill Cottage truly felt like a home away from home, and we definitely visit again! Julia's place at Caribbean Estates is simply awesome! Ideally situated in the estate, very close to the swimming pools, park and trails to the beach. Julia is a brilliant host who provided clear instructions for check-in and she is easy to communicate with. We really loved our stay at Julia's place and look forward to visiting again soon.

Our stay was amazing, it had everything & more. Plenty for the kids to do. The only thing I can criticize is that there is no WiFi and no network. Other than that we would definitely book again. Laura is on point with communication and relevant information. There’s no hidden costs nor T&C’s. Thanks Laura
