The apartment is the same as the photos, it has a very good view, excellent location near the beach and a shopping center, very safe and quiet sector, very friendly people in the building and Lina responds very quickly always with disposition, highly recommended!

Everything was perfect, a place to rest, I traveled with a 6-month-old baby and it worked very well. The apartment is very comfortable.

The apartment is very special: modern, airy, full of light, with an open and minimalist plan, it is very artsy. It has great ventilation and great views. Being located south of the Rodadero offers access to a much quieter beach but at the same time only a few minutes walk from the north. The neighborhood is very safe and calm. Great communication, very prompt and friendly, the owners gave us all kinds of timely information for our stay. The only thing we would like to be different is curtains in the shower, so you don't have to mop after each bathroom. We are definitely coming back to this cute apartment.

Everything was impeccable! The check-in process was very simple. The apartment is located in a privileged area of Rodadero with easy access to the beach. Very spacious and comfortable, and an exceptional view from the balcony. Very clean and tidy. The hosts were very kind and were always ready to resolve the small problems. I would definitely recommend it for a stay with family or friends!

Everything was amazing. I recommend this place to enjoy Santa Marta and the beach. Also, the advantage of having access to the Hotel Mercure facilities is a great plus !

I stayed 14 days in Sandra's place, with my mom (over 75) and my sister. Sandra really went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, and ensure we didn't have any issues. She was super responsive and proactive, we stayed in touch with her during our stay. The apartment itself is perfect! it's spacious and we could stay indoors comfortably. I took a couple of naps on the hammock in the balcony, we cooked many times and the kitchenware is very complete, I didn't miss anything. Even the blender was great to make some mango lassi with the delicious local mangoes. The location is the best: it's got pools, a great gym that we put to good use, the beach is a 7 minute walk, there is a variety of restaurants (my fave is Crepes and Waffles), a pharmacy, and a very complete supermarket just downstairs. I highly recommend this place, and its hosts :) Also, this place is great for guests of any age. And it is a short drive away from more beautiful beaches and boat rides.

One of the best Airbnb experiences to date! This is a beautiful, spacious, modern apartment with amazing views and equally impressive amenities. The pool area is spacious and a great place to relax. The beach is at your footsteps and the building provides beach chairs. Highly recommend this listing for anyone who wants access to Santa Marta and Tayrona Park while having a bit more space, privacy and quiet than a typical downtown spot. And the Marriott next door is a great option for lunches or dinners, with multiple restaurants to choose from.

Sebastian's apartment is very nice, it has perfect decor as seen in the photos. Definitely the sunset that can be observed from the apt is magnificent, the entire apartment is well equipped. Communication with Sebastian was very easy from the start, always making sure that everything was perfect for us, it was too proactive and friendly. I recommend it.

A very nice experience, the room is by the sea, very safe.The housekeeper Luis is very nice, we enjoyed coconut milk as soon as we entered the door, bought fresh seafood in the town, and went fishing nearby, a very satisfying experience

Ms. Martha is a great preson. She was always ready to help at anything we may need. I strongly recommend this apartment not only for Matha but also because it is very nice, confirtable, beautiful. Close to good places. The area is very safe and also close to stores and shoping center.

The place is comfortable, very quiet and close to the beach. The internet is very fast (I worked and had video calls), everything was super clean and the kitchen well equipped. I liked that there were two bathrooms. And sunsets are a crazy thing. We regret booking for such a short time.

Very nice new apartment overlooking the ocean from a short distance. Very nice pools and gym. Beds were very comfortable and are truly queen size. Location is quiet and peaceful.

It’s been the Best stay my family and I have had. I fell in love with every single detail of our stay. The HOST Marta, received us at the door with a warm welcome, she was in contact at all times making sure we were having all we needed and we were having a great stay. ANA was recommended by the host to help us with the cooking and cleaning and she was AWESOME, she was a very sweet lady, easy going and helped us with no complaint,our stay wouldn’t have been the same without her. The HOUSE breath taking views, private , easy access, little active kids friendly , spacious better than described all you need to have the dreamed vacation is there. Right in front of the beach, the pool and close to the markets. I LoVed our stay and was very sad to leave. Thank you Marta and Ana we had the Best time.

Great place to be with your family. Although it is an Airbnb, you feel like you are in a 5-star hotel. The amenities of the development are very pleasant.
