Amazing stay at Francis's home. The lodging was in a very safe, clean and beautiful neighborhood. With a beach just down the stairs it was everything we need for our short stay in Santa Marta. My family and I loved the space and highly recommend it for anyone looking to feel at home away from home

The apartment is very special: modern, airy, full of light, with an open and minimalist plan, it is very artsy. It has great ventilation and great views. Being located south of the Rodadero offers access to a much quieter beach but at the same time only a few minutes walk from the north. The neighborhood is very safe and calm. Great communication, very prompt and friendly, the owners gave us all kinds of timely information for our stay. The only thing we would like to be different is curtains in the shower, so you don't have to mop after each bathroom. We are definitely coming back to this cute apartment.

Clean, modern apartment with everything one need for a comfortable stay. Supermarket, gym and restaurants are all within 5-10 mins walk. 24/7 security. Great views one the SM mountains. Great value for what you get 👍🏼

Very nice new apartment overlooking the ocean from a short distance. Very nice pools and gym. Beds were very comfortable and are truly queen size. Location is quiet and peaceful.

The apartment and it's location exceeded our expectations. The apartment is well located, is really secure with door panel that has an integrated digital key on the doorl. The apartment is really clean and it was a pleasure to duell inside it, and it comes with a programmable air-conditioned to our liking. Its balcon is a big one with a sliding good to gain access to it. And, there are some nice chairs to enjoy the outside weather, including a table to drink a hot cop of coffee or maybe to enjoy some beers, or whatever. We used this location as satellite location to move and visit other areas, even as far as Santa Marta. We do really recommend this apparent in particular, we greatly enjoyed our stay in this apartmentm 100%, and we are sure that anyone one else would as enjoy it well. So, therefore, to the owner, we thank your for bringing our vacation experience to the highest level.

The apartment is beautiful, it has a terrace that makes the place a unique and charming space, with a divine sea view, the decoration is very cozy, the place has everything you need to be very comfortable. The building's facilities are nice and the fact that it's next to the shopping center makes everything very easy, supermarket and restaurant right next door. The beach just two blocks away. We loved it and can't wait to go back.

Nicolas and his wife were amazing host! They always were available is we had any questions. They also were really accommodating when our flight arrived early and let us check in early. They had great recommendations too. The place was so clean and looked exactly like the pictures! So glad we got to stay here!
