Rama was a great host. She was very responsive and constantly checking up on me to see I needed anything. The house and the outside area is lovely. Def recommend to anyone visiting Amman! The location is great!!

I had a great time staying there 🥰 The apartment was spotless , smooth check-in and check-out , Mohammad was so responsive and made sure that everything was okay . Big thanks to Abd and his wife they were so kind . To anyone who plans to visit Jordan esp. for the first time , this is the best listing you can find , affordable , family friendly , quiet neighbourhood, great location with a walking distance to everything you might need , a few steps away is Souk Jara which opens on Fridays , in other week days you can have an ice cream or a snack and sit on the stairs watching sunrise/sunset. The place has great amenities, my favourite thing was having my morning coffee at the patio ❤️

Even though we only spent one night here, it felt very welcoming and spacious. The host was responsive and gave us the location very fast. However, even though the listing says it can host 10 people, there are only 6 beds and 4 people had to sleep on the couch and on a mattress. Make sure to clarifiy this with the host.

This is a great place. The pool and outdoor areas are great, and the kitchen was pretty well equipped. The villa itself could have done with a bit of an extra clean, but other than that no complaints. We were well looked after including by the guys getting coal for the bbq and going out to buy us some extra sheets. Would recommend!

Overall, the place is great! Clean, Tidy & most importantly very secluded. The neighborhood is homey and not at all noisy which makes the stay even better. In general, it was a great experience, and if you're looking for a place to stay in the old city of Amman, i'd definitely recommend to check this one out.

Monther was incredibly helpful, took me to the supermarket and showed me where to get the bus in the morning. Very accommodating when I moved in. The place is peaceful and clean and the terrace was wonderful.

Ali’s apartment is a dream for anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful oasis In Jordan, and in particular anyone working in Zaatari Refugee Camp or Mafraq. Going into my fifth year working in the camp, it was such a relief to find a place to stay only 15 minutes away - no more 3+ hour drives to and from Amman! It was the perfect place to come home to after a long day of work, watching stunning sunsets on the terrace (which was equipped with with outdoor chairs and an umbrella), in the quiet, lovely village of Thughrat Al Jubb. Ali was a fantastic host, and his family downstairs were welcoming and amazing in helping me settle in and answering any questions, and also enjoyable company! The village itself is small, friendly and quiet, with Mafraq only a ten minute drive when I needed groceries, restaurants, etc. The apartment itself is very private, with it’s own gated entrance (it seems more like a house than an apartment, and you can not hear the downstairs neighbors, who have a separate entrance and garden) as well as parking. It is walled in for privacy and surrounded by a huge garden with budding new trees and greenery. Just the garden and terrace were so beautiful on their own, but the apartment was just as exceptional inside. It was sparkling clean, large and spacious, with brand new appliances, furniture, bedding, etc. It is perfect for more than one person, and the various rooms have doors for privacy and quiet if you are staying with a group. The living room is very spacious and will accommodate any guests you might have over for dinner. I really couldn’t recommend a home more beautiful, peaceful and ideal for staying in Jordan for work in the area, or if you are just visiting the region. I stayed for two months, and will continue to stay here from now on when I come to work in Jordan. Thank you for an absolutely amazing experience and beautiful setting and place to call home!
